Location is perfect., juast steps away from the beach, shops and restaurants. Christine, at the rececption, was amazing. She helped us solve the problem with the room wihin seconds, and was very proferssional and kind. Hotel provides cute bikes for 3 hours per day, no charge.

We booked a room with a "partial ocean view", and were very disappointed when we saw it! The view was towards the building next door. After complaining at the reception, they told us, that we could see the ocean, if we lean out of the window....which was actually locked and could not be opened for security reasons?!? Sounds like a bad joke, but this is what happened. Don't book a room with a "partial ocean view"!

The staff at the Eurostar made all the difference in my stay. The front desk staff Vaib and Christina were wonderful. It was because of Vaib that I booked this hotel. He was so nice , informative, honest and welcoming. He remembered me after a month between when I called and when I arrived. He made my niece's birthday wonderful. All of the staff from Justin to Raul and back to Vaib. Everyone smiles and seems happy to be there. Very accommodating. They all work very hard to make your stay the best it can be. It was nice to receive water every day along with a bag to carry everything for the beach.

The pictures online are a bit deceiving . The rooms are small but Vaib and his staff make up for anything you don't like with their wonderful hospitality.

Lovely Art Deco hotel in great location on currently closed section of Ocean drive. Great service in both reception and restaurant.

They kindly upgraded as windows get dirty from sandy rain and our original side sea view was pretty much obscured. Apparently only the Art Deco listed cleaning service can do them. This needs to be improved if they seek to charge premiums for sea views. Room fan controls need updating and Air-conditioning is very noisy but I accept the building is old and service was great.

We had a lovely art-deco style corner room with a view of the ocean. The onsite restaurant was wonderful, with attentive staff, delicious entrees, and a 15% discount for being guests of the hotel. The valet is right in front of the building and getting your luggage out and up the front steps is a bit of a challenge due to the restaurant and crowded sidewalk being right there, but it is worth it over-all. Also, it is on a one-way street, and we had to drive around the block because of our On Star directions, lol. A great South Beach location and experience!

Nothing, because an older building like this comes with compromises and if you expect that, you won't be disappointed.

One of the standout features of this hotel is its beautiful terrace, which is as amazing as it looks in the photos. The terrace provides a great space to relax and soak in the Miami vibe. The reception service was flawless, with friendly and helpful staff who even offer complimentary bicycles for guests, adding to the charm of the stay. The room service was impeccable, with staff ensuring the room was kept clean and well-stocked throughout the stay. The overall service at the hotel was professional and accommodating, enhancing the guest experience. An added perk is the inclusion of a beach chair with your room reservation. Simply provide your room number to the attendants at the beach to claim your spot. However, note that umbrellas come at an additional charge of $20 per day.

The inability to open the window was a drawback, especially as the exterior of the window was quite dirty, affecting the view. Despite this, the overall ambiance of the room was pleasant and comfortable.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! The hotel amenities are comfortable and also beautifully designed:) we had a great time at the hotel but also in general in Miami! Getting beach towels and beach chairs from the hotel on top to enjoy the beach across the road was a real treat and we enjoyed it a lot!

If the room faces the boulevard it can get a bit loud. The windows were so dirty that we were not able to look outside and it’s also not possible to open them.

This hotel is beachfront and in a prime location on South Beach. The room was exceptionally clean other than the outside of the window. A little disappointing given it was a partial ocean view room. Otherwise, the bed was comfy and the TV was massive. The air conditioning was a little noisy but there was a ceiling fan that kept the room cool, so I just turned it off. The staff were fantastic! Nothing was a problem and they were friendly, professional and very helpful. Will absolutely stay here again.

Rooms were really small

The staff was excellent. The hotel location couldn’t be better.

The rooms lack exhaust fans, including those in the bathrooms, and the windows are sealed shut. Consequently, to get fresh air, you have to adjust the air conditioning system to a temperature that’s either below or above your comfort level. Additionally, the windows were dirty from the outside, which further reduced visibility. There is no difference between partial or no ocean view.

Art deco style is evident without trying too hard. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Comfortable beds. Good location, close to the Ocean Boulevard action without being on top of it. Availability of free beach towels and chairs for use on the beach.

Couldn’t open the windows so very stuffy. Corridor and reception air conditioning too cold. The walls were thin - too easy to hear neighbours. Restaurant was a bit disappointing.
