Location, room spacious, they have storage room for luggage until 6pm. Brian has been very helpful and polite.

We did not have a view whatsoever, our windows was facing a building (wall), in which there were neighbours and they could see everything. So we didn’t even feel motivated to open the windows to check the sun or so. There were cockroaches even though the room was very clean but I imagined it…

They provide beach towels, which is a huge plus (especially is you forget yours, like what happened to me).

Our room was double-booked. However, everything was resolved immediately, but it was an unpleasant event. Still, would recommend and come back to this hotel.

Perfect location, Super friendly and helpful staff, easy and fast check in, no security deposit/ no any additional payment, beach, lots of shops and restaurants, ocean dr, sobe. Nice and tidy room, white and fluffy towels, beach towels, kitchenette, enough paper towels and toilet paper, garbage bags, new scrub sponge, soup, toilet brush, electric stove, luggage storage, elevator. No smoking rooms! Super fast WiFi, TV - YouTube, Netflix etc.

No wardrobe, No pepper/ salt, No Washing Machine inside the room, no electric kettle, Door lock, AC sometimes was a bit hot- can’t adjust temperature, dirty windows and can’t open. Couple of nights was a bit noise from upper floor, kids running or big man 💪🏽 I would like to have all WHITE lights inside the room (here was mix- white and yellow). Would be perfect to see Nespresso/ Lavazza Capsule espresso Coffee Machine;)- Even I can buy my capsules in Lincoln Rd😁 During my stay 2 days in the row they have Pest Control ops - strong smell of chemicals that cause headache, even they didn’t come inside the rooms but smell came in through the door holes. I didn’t see any “friends” around, but probably that’s regular procedure.

Excellent location, spacious room, had all the amenities. Was super clean. Housekeeping staff must get a raise.

I arrived at 10pm and wasn’t even provided room number and door lock code. I informed the property twice about my arrival time and filled the registration form too, and I was being assured that it will be taken care of. However, I wasn’t allocated room number and door lock. I had to call their helpline to get it sorted. Front desk staff only sits from 10am-6pm. Management is quite obsessed with registration forms and review forms. They send it everyday to ask how was your stay. Then must not put unnecessary pressure on the customers.

Location and staff member Bryan were great. 1 block to the ocean. Quiet and safe building. Super fast check-in and check-out. Great value for money.

The booked apartment looked like 1 bedroom on the picture, but it was just a studio in real life, which was too congested for accommodating 6 ppl. Cleaning never showed up for the whole 7 days' stay. We left trash bag outside at the hallway, but nobody cared to pick it up. No lobby, no sitting or working area, and no bar or shared kitchen like on the pictures. So pictures are measleading.

Had everything you need for a short stay, very close to the beach and best restaurants. Air con worked nicely and kitchen was welcomed. If you are from UK you may want to pack a travel kettle !!

No cleaning in 5 days which was getting a bit gross by day 4! Also asked for new towels but there was a shortage so only got 1 to share with partner .but to be expected for price.

Did not eat here.

The shower did not have a door to close and the floor got all wet when showering.

Great location, close to restaurants and less than 5min walking distance to ocean drive and to miami beach Big plus for the kitchen that is well equiped The apt was clean and confortable It comes with free beach chairs as well!

The windows don’t open so can be hard to get the smell of food out. Could be a bit noisy as the windows are thin.

i liked the location! walking distance to a lot of places and 10 min Uber to many more!

there was not enough towels, sheets, and we had to pay to wash the sheets/ towels

The location was great, it was clean and spacious and great value for price! I would stay there again!

Coming from Europe and flight delays and arriving to check in late because of this with no mobile data the check in process is all done remote. They don’t have a “typical” front desk and the pre checkin procedure didn’t arrive on time so it was a lot more stressful and anxious after a 12hr travel
