We loved the location and the suite. It was very comfortable.

The check in process. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but for guests arriving at the property before 4pm, you cannot access your suite early and there is no where to store your luggage. We requested an early check in a few months prior to our stay, this was noted. A few days earlier to our check in date we received confirmation with the passcode so we thought our request had been granted. This was not the case. There is no-one to meet you at the property to check in. The information on booking.com says you need to provide id at this point.

It's definitely 10 out of 10. Easy to check in - they emailed and texted me with the information how to check in and get in the room. Location: with my 2yo - 2 minutes walk to the ocean. At the same time it was quiet in the room - I could barely hear what happened outside, and just once I saw the neighbor next door and was surprised because it felt like we were the only guests in the building. The room was clean and comfortable and we had everything we need - comfy bed and couch, desktop, big screen TV, bathroom, dinning room, nice kitchen where we had everything we needed. I didn't use wifi much, but when I did, it was fast and stable. So overall we had a great vacation.

Located in a very center of Miami Beach close to the beach. Apartments are comfortable and well equipped with kitchen, dining table and large bedroom area with separate sofa bed and working desk. Location is so good that you even do not need a car to explore the city. Public transport access all districts around, Miami, Aventura mall and more. Very pleasant stay.

The only complaint is requirement to upload credit card information before arrival. For security reasons it’s not allowed by card issuers anywhere in the world so it was little bit confusing.

I loved the location and the apartment style fully furnished rooms. Genuinely felt like I was living by the beach in my own property. I also loved being able to enter with just the passcode - removed the need to think about carrying a key card everywhere. Whenever I had questions, requests or concerns, the chat line was always friendly and able to address my needs.

The chat line made few errors here and there that led to some confusion for me. There were also some information in the guest portal that wasn't always clear for me. For example they mentioned the wrong city instead of Miami Beach when providing the address of the property. Something that I think could have made my stay even better would be ability to cast things to the tv, beach towels, and a luggage stand

The location is great for the beach, restaurants, bars, and walking amongst the action. Room was good size and clean.

The reviews about the noise coming from the AC is no joke. It is loud. It didn't disturb my sleep like some as I wore earplugs, but when I was in the apartment during the day, I turned it off as much possible so to not disturb my peace. Also the bathroom has hardly any place to put your toiletries.

The customer service was amazing. We had a problem with the ac and they right away changed our apartment. The apartment is clean, pretty and organized. The tv is a really good size. The location of the apartment is amazing. We also had a personal problem during our stay and they help us 24/7 and they were so available. We really recommend this place to stay if you wanna have the best stay in Miami!

Close to everything, safe location, great surface for two, good privacy from the street. The hosts are amazing and reply very fast. Fast check-in and check-out. you can easily turn off the AC Big TV with airplay

Not a very good isolation, can be noisy but not too disturbing. The bedside window is next to the entrance so the other guest can see inside if you open the blind but “our short-time neighbours” were very respectful and even if they looked they passed in front of the apt quickly, but again only the guests could see not passersby/ the folks on the streets

The stay at Pantera Rosa was absolutely perfect! The apartment was large, cozy and clean, the kitchen was well equipped. The location of the accommodation is absolutely great, the beach and the entire Ocean Drive are less than a 3-minute walk away. You don't need keys, you can get into the accommodation using the code they will send you before the start of your stay. Communication with the accommodation was quick and efficient. It completely exceeded our expectations.
