Location, Location, Location! This is a great find - a well equipped apartment with a pool and within walking distance of Miami Beach. Frost, the owner couldn’t have been more helpful and was on hand to make our stay very comfortable. The beach/pool towels and beach chairs & umbrella were such a great addition. During the week the pool was quiet with plenty of seating. The large balcony was great for the family and even included 2 sun loungers and chairs. The bathroom was spacious with 2 sinks and a good shower. I agree with previous comments about the dated decor but they are in the process of decorating the communal corridors and the workman were quiet and did not interfere with our stay. Check in and check out were easy. Security and receptionist were present. Amenities are close by, Starbucks across the road and other eateries. We cannot fault the location of this condo - the surrounding area of Miami Beach is beautiful.

It was a fab and comfortable condo the only thing that I could think of making it better was to have a toaster!

Excellent location. Few steps to amazing Espaňola way full of restaurants and from the beach. Far enough from loud music from Ocean Drive.

Orientation in building - hard to find way to pool. What in the beginning looked as very good communication from the owner (large amount of info sent through Booking) was then invalid - no check-in contra there is person in the lobby who expects that you check in, necessity of entrance card to enter the building and of the elevator (no card is needed... Should be updated. Hairdryer was missing in the appt.

I stayed in Frost's PH4. This was my favorite of the places I've stayed on my month long road trip and I can't find anything affordable to compare for the rest of my stays. It was a short walk to Miami Beach, but I could also see the beach from the private jacuzzi. Below that was another sitting area that was completely shaded and private. The bed was extremely comfortable and there were adjustable tv's in front of the bed and also the couch. The bathroom was huge and the shower was exquisite. Three different sources of water and a place to sit. Plenty of towels and washcloths. The kitchen had a bar, fridge, and nespresso machine. There was also plenty of coffee shops and food nearby. Playa Cafe was my favorite. Frost was a wonderful host, but the Z Ocean staff were wonderful too.

The room was very nice and our host, Frost, was outstanding. Very responsive and met every need. Our room was pool view. Great balcony. Very quiet and peaceful. You would realize you were in South Beach sitting at the pool. Speaking of South Beach, the location was awesome. I love everything about South Beach and this location was walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, bars, grocery, you name it. So many cool places to hang out. Parking on site was convenient but expensive, as are most things in Miami Beach. Overall, I'd go back next week.

The room was a little cluttered. Big chair and foot stools took up much space and were more in the way than used. Perhaps a small table or more functional sitting spaces would make more sense. The elevators were down for a bit and some idiot tried to cook breakfast in a neighboring room which set off the fire alarms early one morning. No reflection on our room or our host. Just some context of things that happen during stays.

I was expecting a hotel, maybe I didn't read the listing correctly. The place was perfect, comfy bed, great bathroom, great shower, patio and living room. The kitchenette was a little sparse but I didn't come to Miami to cook and especially with so many great restaurants close by. I had some issues with the TV but the host's response was immediate to address my concerns. Also really nice that beach towels and chairs were supplied. The location was GREAT. I definitely enjoyed my stay. The host was also very accommodating with both early check-in and check-out (for a fee).

No ice in the building, not a freezer section in the mini fridge. No sink stoppers in any of the 3 sinks so I ended handwashing in a pot, of which there was no heating element or stove to use which I found weird. The couch was a little uncomfortable, cushion kept on sliding off. Wasn't a fan of the dish sponge. All minor things.

A great location and easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Travelled with small children so was a good base to explore the beach and surrounding areas for food. Everything was there that we needed and the pools located at the suite were located right outside our patio doors 🥳❤️ Would recommend staying here for ease and a lovely host who checked in on us throughout the stay. Bottle of wine also left which was a lovely touch.

Could have done with a mat for coming in and out from the patio as the floors became very slippy with children. Could have done with more paper towels or hand towels to dry plates and cutlery also. Apart from these little things the stay was lovely.

Great location. The room was clean and adequately equipped. There was nothing missing. The patio door leads directly to the pool area, which is great especially if you travel with kids. Close proximity to the beach, and restaurants makes it a perfect place to spend vacation. There's a good breakfast place inside the hotel building. Despite being close to the beach and all party places, there's no excessive noise in the evening and at night.

I believe there must have been some accident in the hallway outside of the room prior to our arrival, and there was a dehumidifier running 24/7 during our stay outside of our room. That made some noise, but nothing that wouldn't let us sleep.

We had a great stay at this accommodation. Although we initially had some trouble with the door lock not opening, the host handled it exceptionally well. He responded quickly and made sure the issue was resolved asap. The apartment was well-equipped, bathroom perfect.....very good shower. The flat is located super central with many nice bars and restaurants just around the corner. The pool is fantastic. The whole process - from check-in to communication and check-out - was very smooth and well-organized. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

The appartement is very well located, close to the beach, ocean drive and shoppings and restaurants by foot The complex has a nice pool, and the appartement was nice and perfect for a family of 3. We had an issue with AC at the beginning, but the host, Frost, went above and beyond to fix it.

Hotel parking is very expensive ($50 per night), use a public parking close by on the 16th or 13th ($20 per night). Frost let us know in advance thankfully.

The location is perfect, so close to everything. The room was excellent, large enough to accommodate a family, and had a large, shaded balcony. The amenities in the room, including beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella, were more than enough. The second story, accessible from the balcony, features a private rooftop that includes a jacuzzi, sunbeds, a small wet bar, a table, and chairs, offering a beautiful ocean view. Furthermore, Frost is a great host.
