Excellent location. Few steps to amazing Espaňola way full of restaurants and from the beach. Far enough from loud music from Ocean Drive.

Orientation in building - hard to find way to pool. What in the beginning looked as very good communication from the owner (large amount of info sent through Booking) was then invalid - no check-in contra there is person in the lobby who expects that you check in, necessity of entrance card to enter the building and of the elevator (no card is needed... Should be updated. Hairdryer was missing in the appt.

The room was very nice and our host, Frost, was outstanding. Very responsive and met every need. Our room was pool view. Great balcony. Very quiet and peaceful. You would realize you were in South Beach sitting at the pool. Speaking of South Beach, the location was awesome. I love everything about South Beach and this location was walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, bars, grocery, you name it. So many cool places to hang out. Parking on site was convenient but expensive, as are most things in Miami Beach. Overall, I'd go back next week.

The room was a little cluttered. Big chair and foot stools took up much space and were more in the way than used. Perhaps a small table or more functional sitting spaces would make more sense. The elevators were down for a bit and some idiot tried to cook breakfast in a neighboring room which set off the fire alarms early one morning. No reflection on our room or our host. Just some context of things that happen during stays.

I was expecting a hotel, maybe I didn't read the listing correctly. The place was perfect, comfy bed, great bathroom, great shower, patio and living room. The kitchenette was a little sparse but I didn't come to Miami to cook and especially with so many great restaurants close by. I had some issues with the TV but the host's response was immediate to address my concerns. Also really nice that beach towels and chairs were supplied. The location was GREAT. I definitely enjoyed my stay. The host was also very accommodating with both early check-in and check-out (for a fee).

No ice in the building, not a freezer section in the mini fridge. No sink stoppers in any of the 3 sinks so I ended handwashing in a pot, of which there was no heating element or stove to use which I found weird. The couch was a little uncomfortable, cushion kept on sliding off. Wasn't a fan of the dish sponge. All minor things.

A great location and easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Travelled with small children so was a good base to explore the beach and surrounding areas for food. Everything was there that we needed and the pools located at the suite were located right outside our patio doors 🥳❤️ Would recommend staying here for ease and a lovely host who checked in on us throughout the stay. Bottle of wine also left which was a lovely touch.

Could have done with a mat for coming in and out from the patio as the floors became very slippy with children. Could have done with more paper towels or hand towels to dry plates and cutlery also. Apart from these little things the stay was lovely.

Great location. The room was clean and adequately equipped. There was nothing missing. The patio door leads directly to the pool area, which is great especially if you travel with kids. Close proximity to the beach, and restaurants makes it a perfect place to spend vacation. There's a good breakfast place inside the hotel building. Despite being close to the beach and all party places, there's no excessive noise in the evening and at night.

I believe there must have been some accident in the hallway outside of the room prior to our arrival, and there was a dehumidifier running 24/7 during our stay outside of our room. That made some noise, but nothing that wouldn't let us sleep.

We had a great stay at this accommodation. Although we initially had some trouble with the door lock not opening, the host handled it exceptionally well. He responded quickly and made sure the issue was resolved asap. The apartment was well-equipped, bathroom perfect.....very good shower. The flat is located super central with many nice bars and restaurants just around the corner. The pool is fantastic. The whole process - from check-in to communication and check-out - was very smooth and well-organized. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

Great location, close to the beach and boardwalk. Great food and shopping options just minutes walking. The pool and Jacuzzi were very nice especially for the kids. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay, thank you!

Nowhere to throw the trash during our stay, not even in the pool area. There is only one elevator key per unit, this is inconvenient as we had to split for shopping or other activities and many times would need to wait for others to get the elevator for us. Otherwise we had a great stay!

Very good location near the beach and Ocean Drive. Nice view of Miami Beach from the apartment and the apartment's roof terrace. The apartment is a good size with plenty of space on the balcony and roof terrace. The apartment contains the necessary facilities such as a fridge, glasses and simple kitchen utensils. 4 people can sleep in the apartment - 2 in the bed and 2 on a sofa bed of reasonable quality. Good contact to owner of the apartment who is serviceminded.

The apartment is located in a complex that also contains the Z Ocean Hotel. In general, the property is run down and in need of renovation - this applies to common areas, pool, etc. The apartment is nice and well cleaned, but is generally worn and in need of renovation, just as the outdoor areas could be cozier. Very noisy air-condition.

Great host and location in south Beach area. Suite was spacious and clean. I still did a extra clean but was impressed with the cleanliness of the suite. The entire hotel, room included is outdated, and though our suite had a luxury feel to it, it was a old 90s luxury vibe. I spent more time at the hotel pool and hot tub vs our personal. The private hot tub area was nice but the canopy was broke, the wall paintings were nice and the hot tub looked old without water, but once we started it up it I could ignore that. Overall Frost professionalism, welcome champagne, and accommodations for late checkout and cleanliness was the highlights for me.

À great base to explore Miami Beach, with the ocean, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Well equipped suite (including beach umbrella, chairs and towels), very comfortable and spacious bathroom. Welcome bottle of wine and Nespresso machine were nice touches. Frost (the owner) is very informative and quick to respond to any queries

Not the suite itself, but the swimming pool is heated to an absurd temperature: no chance to cool off after à quick dip
