The room was newly done, large and bright, comfy bed, nice balcony, two beach chairs included for the stay. Great location.

The room cleaning service was fair. They didn’t vacuum the room and only did the basics — making the bed, changing towels, and emptying the bins. The large balcony glass door was dirty. Occasionally, I noticed large cockroaches near the elevator, both on the ground floor and the 3rd floor. A dryer stand would be useful for beach towels.

We stayed here for a quick stop over on our way to the Keys and absolutely loved it. The hotel seemed brand new and everything feels fresh and modern. Our room was huge, which was a nice surprise. Location couldn’t be better, right across the street from the beach, they even included two beach chairs each day, which was really nice touch and made our beach time super easy. Check-in was simple, we got a link before we got there and didn’t have to deal with any lines. The staff was always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Wish we had stayed longer.

Nice calm and clean place

We liked everything – very clean, spacious room and a wonderful location!

Clean room. Served it’s purpose for two nights. Communication by text was thorough so it was easy to access.

Starkly furnished. Felt cold and impersonal. Had to pay for parking around the corner but there are parking Atala available at the apartment.

Clean, new and great location

Very Poor WiFi connection (Travel-Work type of a trip and this was not good), double booked my credit card for the room (got a refund a few days later), a bit noisy (try not to get a room that is close to the stairs or elevator)
