Even though I didn’t get a chance to get in the hot tub but I liked the idea that we had our own private hot tub on our balcony.

For the price we paid I feel like everything should be updated not looking old and the I wanted to lay on the hammock swing but it looked dirty and old. We were having issues with getting in our room because of the key card chip on the door was damaged. Also I feel like valet parking was a little too expensive for the amount of money we paid for the room

The Jacuzzi was the best part the room. The furniture in the living room was almost similar to back porch furniture. it didn’t look comfortable or fresh and clean.

in front of the hotel was a vacant building and it made the scene ugly.

Everyone from the valet parking, the front desk people ( George and Seth), the wait staff (loved Marco), the cleaning staff, and the pool person (Marcus was fantastic) was pleasant, knowledgable and super friendly. The facility was very clean and was cleaned continuously. The location is unbeatable. The parrots who visited our patios daily were a delight. We enjoyed each minute!

Our hot tub did not work. Hotel was a little dated but that was being repaired.

I really like the way the front desk staff are so attentive to all of your needs. They even learned my name and would call me by name when they would see me in the lobby. The housekeeping staff are very friendly as well and do a wonderful job of freshening up the room. The pool is a little small at the facility so if you are going for the pool I would definitely suggest you use a different pool than the one at that Resort.

The pool was small and outdated.

Friendly reception staff, especially the older gentleman - i think Mr G was his name. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was expensive and staff at restaurant was not very friendly. Pushy for tips on top of overpriced food.

The location was great! Large TV. Good bar. Staff was friendly.

I kept requesting jets on for the outdoor tub and it never happened.

The pool was awesome…sometimes the ocean water was too cold but the hotel has heated pools so that was nice. The restaurant is a little expensive but food is very good

Minor things not worth mentioning

MY ROOM WAS GREAT MY LADY FRIEND LIKED THAT FACT THAT IT HAD A DOUBLE VANITY/SINK BATHROOM AND THE OVERHEAD AND FRONTAL SHOWER FEATURES WERE THE CHEERY ON TOP.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT THE CLEANING SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE WAS EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE MY ONLY REGRET IS THAT I DIDN'T GET TO TRY THE RESTAURANT.

i stayed in a spa suite i come here a few times already and i love this hotel always a quick check in fast and easy this time i was helped by Stacey very nice and friendly and the glass of champange was a nice touch for my check in, looking foward to my next stay very soon

it would be awesome if the spa tubs could be filled in advance

We enjoyed our entire stay. The staff was outstanding and housekeeping came every day. I had the opportunity to meet the owner and informed him how comfortable and pleasant my stay was. The location is great.
