The location was perfect! walking distance to lincoln road, espagnola way, ocean drive and the beach! The staff was helpful and friendly (especially Juan and Emmanuel) Toiletteries were provided We appreciated the coffee in the morning Perfect wifi Litlle rooftop was supernice!

What could be improved: There was no access to netflix or smart tv (nowadays, it's really appreciated!) There was a small kitchen, but no dishes or ustensils (we brought some food back from the restaurant but had no plates or cutlerie to eat it) The is aircionditionning in the room, but guests don't have control over it (I woke up in the middle of the night to ask them to turn it on, so that was not convienent) Also, after our 3rd day, we have been told that we had complementary chairs at the beach, beach towels and acces to bikes (It would be nice if that information was displayed at check in. Luckily we asked, otherwise nobody would have tell us)

Thank you to the receptionist, I forgot to get his name. He allowed us to check in early and check out late without extra charge. Our family came from cruise, and we all got really sick. We barely explored Miami Beach because of this. We mostly stayed in our room to sleep and recover. It was a big help for us to be given extended stay, so thank you so much!

Close to everything and walkable to shops and restaurants. Amazing staff in the front desk! Kind and quick! Was Able to check in rather early which was a plus, as I arrived pretty early.

A little outdated. Could use some renovations. There was some maintenance being done most of my stay, but nothing too disruptive. But the hotel still got the job done :).

I loved the location, everything was walk distance in the area. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is clean and beds very comfortable. Also room with a lot of space. Nothing fancy but amazing for the price.

The bathrooms are a little old but besides that all good.

They immediately fix my problem by moving me to another room without hesitation

My first room was infested with ants

The staffs are wonderful, the location is very good, the room is comfortable and clean

You can’t sleep more than 9am because the acoustics are bad and you hear out loud the other guests or the clean ladies

I like the location. Not too close to everything and not too far. If you do stay here there is not a pool, spa, etc. Just a great hotel with a great location!

I did stay in a room that had an attachment I think to another. It wasn't that noisy by 11 pm it was quiet. It's to bad they didn't have a place to make instant coffee or a mug already brewing. Oh well. Until next year! :)

The location was great. The room and staff were great. I also like their partnership with the Boucher brothers making our Beach trip great.

I have nothing bad to say about the Aqua hotel.

Ideally located in the Art Deco District. Sleeping mattress was comfortable.

We had a connecting room. The walls are very thin. We could hear the neighbors as if they were in our room.

Great location of the hotel, really close to the beach and a lot of restaurants and bars on the area. Walkable distance for everything from there and personnel was great, really helpful.
