Everything was great.

The same problem I had last Year ! I Check out on Friday 2 Th June and until now I haven’t received back my deposit. The same happened last year. It took more than 12 days to have it. I check my bank account, the deposit isn’t pending. My account have been debited. Best regards. I already sent you screenshots of my account. Barbouch Rachid

We are repeat guests as the hotel covers everything we need, close to bars, shops, restaurants etc, staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable with a lot of amenities not found everywhere like an iron and ironing board, safe and mugs!! Love mugs for a proper drink and not the fiddly little cups in most places.

Just an extra towel or two, I have long hair and have to wait for hubby to have his shower so I can pinch his towel, suppose I could have asked for another but never thought about it until getting into the shower. Certainly not a show stopper.

The location, staff, and room amenities were all great. We stayed in Suite 14 which u can tell was newly renovated. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean, the large walk in closet was perfect for storing our luggage so we didn’t have to have it in the bedroom area. The water pressure and hot water was perfect. Normally I have issues with the water temp at most hotels because I like really hot water when showering but this water temp was perfect. The eating area was a perfect size as well. The a/c unit kept the room comfortable throughout the night. We had a full size fridge to store food and drinks as well as a microwave. We stayed a total of 5 days so that was perfect for us. William at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Matter of fact, all of the staff, housekeeper included were super friendly and helpful. We requested an early check in and the hotel was able to accommodate. When checking out, we had time to spare so they offered to hold our bags until it was time for us to head to the airport. This is definitely a hidden jem on south beach. It’s quiet during the night but in the middle of action. I definitely recommend giving this hotel a try. Reading others reviews almost detoured me from booking but I’m glad it didn’t. Also…. It is well worth the price!

Location as excellent and the staff helpful. Main room was perfect , very large screen TV with amazing picture large fridge freezer modern décor. Ideal for beech visit and free trolley bus around the corner on Washington and 13th street that takes you all over south and north beech

Air con was loud and pointed at the bed which made it difficult to cool the room without the person sleeping near the aircon freezing and sleeping due to noise level

We upgraded to the largest suite and are glad we did as we found having the extra space very helpful. All the amenities worked, there was enough glasses/plates for use. The staff were friendly and available on site which is a bonus especially for a smaller style accommodation. The location is excellent. Short walk from the beach and bars but a safe distance away to avoid the loud thumping noise of Miami Boulevard at night. Our stay was very pleasant, exceeded our expectations and we’ll definitely be back to stay at Suites on South Beach.

Shower pressure on the hot tap/pipes was low. The air conditioning system is very old, it blows cold air into the bathroom and is very loud. Once you close the bedroom door it’s fine but very annoyingly loud if the bedroom door is open at night.

A very spacious room with a very comfortable, big bed, a kitchen with a big fridge and freezer and a good shower. The staff was friendly and my room was ready a lot earier then I was told. So that was very nice. And while waiting for my room, I could leave my luggage and see Miami Beach. I surely would book again.

Maybe a little thing..... in the shower the window sill had a sharp edge. And because of the limited space I hurt myself a little bit. For the rest everyting was perfect.

Room exceeded my expectations. I was nervous at first because of other reviews but I’m glad I decided to stay. The outside of a tricky when you first get there but the inside of the room is amazing. Updated furniture, staff at front desk was amazing and location is amazing. Didn’t have to drive to the beach nor other attractions. Everything was in walking distance.

Parking! Valet was $35 per day but it’s a parking deck across the street. We left and when we returned we couldn’t park in that same deck so we had to do valet. People park in that deck that is going to the beach so it takes up a lot of parking spaces.

I loved the location. It was close to the beach, the Art Deco area, and lots of restaurants. There is a wonderful French bakery next door which w as perfect for a snack or for breakfast. There was no need for a car. There is a free bus system that goes up and down Collins Avenue every day.

It would have been nice to have a visitor pack, telling what was available in the area. I didn't even know if there was an ice machine on the property.

The location in the Art Deco block, near the beach and the room is very big with a small kitchen. The team very kind, specially Celine.

The climatization very very noisy and to have natural light during the day in the only normal glass in the windows and it’s have no privacy, because is open to the garden, where all people must enter…

Staff friendly and helpful. We arrived early not expecting to be able to checkin but they let us straight in. Really close to South Beach and shops and restaurants. The room was spacious. We were able to leave our luggage here after checking out as our flight wasn't until later.

If I had to say anything then the bathroom was a little tired and could do with some TLC.
