It was not far from my event

My wife called at like 9am and asked if there was a possibility of us checking in early so we was driving all night they said possibly at 1pm then when we got there at noon they made us wait in the lobby with a full luggage Cart till 2:30 then when we checked in we noticed that the drain in the tub was clogged after showering brought it to there attention they put it on the maintenance list but come Friday they never showed so my wife pulled the plug and found a big old hair ball and that fixed it but otherwise wish you had a bigger coffee..

They should inform about the “included breakfast”. At least in booking. It’s just muffins and coffee.

The location was everything.. it allowed my wife and I to have evening fun without driving or spending money on rides. We walked.

The wifi signal was horrendous. In today's customer service market, good wifi should be standard in every hotel,motel,villa,etc. It shouldn't be free crappy wifi and pay extra for good signal. If you have free wifi as selling point, make it good so people can actually use it.

The location was close to majority of the things that we were doing during our time in Orlando. The staff was very friendly and was always helpful and smiling with any of our questions that we had. We will definitely be thinking about traveling here next time we book Orlando.

The hotel is a little dated. The showers were older and you could tell it has been some time since there has been an update. I think that is what is holding me back from giving it a 10/10 because the rooms and showers were outdated. They still worked great and were fine, just wish it as newer. That would put it over the top.

Quiet and peaceful and love the location. I received excellent phone customer service, at the time of my booking I requested if available 1st floor due to my sister restrictions because of her knee surgery, so I called ahead and explained my situation and if possible to please give us a room on the first floor. Front desk employee Phyilica provided excellent phone service, we had reservations for two (2) rooms and she accomodated us by putting both rooms on the first floor right next to each other. We was so thankful/grateful because we all know and realize that there's no guarantee for receiving a 1st floor request but she was remarkable. Once we arrived she was awesome with our check-in, very friendly, kind and very professional 😍🤭🤩. When checking out two days later, again we recieved awesome service from front desk employee Gloria, she was so polite and so friendly and we had a blast talking about our stay and football😍🤭😍. During our visit, there was other employees that was also very kind and friendly, on one occassion, I needed assistance with my room key not working and front desk employees Michael, Deborah, and Trenisha was so very helpful. Thank God for Michael, my son got locked out his room why using the connecting door and while assisting us with the door issue, he was so friendly and patient due to the security latch on the main door🤪😜🤭. There also was a nice young lady from the cleaning staff that was very helpful. My entire visit was rewarding and as always I'm always pleased with my stay at this hotel.

I was a guest last month and my room was updated with nice furniture, such as the sofa the beds and the stove, this visit I had a older room, the sofa had drop/sink down in the seating and the stove had issues. The breakfast selection can also be upgraded.

It was very clean, the stairways had an excellent smell, the suite was clean, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing ( my dog even liked it ) the front desk ladies where both black and both amazing at their jobs....you guys should have more than 3 stars... You guys should at least have a 4.5 star review....other customers lied !!! It's a nice place..will come again

Air condition did not work properly so the room was kind of hot the safety in the smoking area lacked a little bit because people can walk in off the street into the pool area so I sit in my car in order to smoke but other than that it was great

Very friendly staff, clean bed and bath. I didn’t use the kitchen so I can’t speak to that, but we needed a clean, affordable place to sleep at the end of long days at the parks & this was it. Nothing fancy, no bells and whistles, but a comfortable bed for a good price.

In the hallway some of the other guests were pretty loud & rowdy late at night, but we didn’t hear anything once inside our room.

The location of the hotel was convenient for our trip. The room was comfortable especially the bed. The view from the room was great.

The breakfast served and the gym could be improved. The air condition unit seemed to need cleaning.

Ms.Gloria ( front desk) was excellent. With all the people coming in with the craziness of hurricane Milton.. She was knowledgeable.. calm and professional. Multitasking at its finest.A+++.
