Rooms were kept nice and clean. Housekeeping was very helpful and ready to provide service whenever needed. Everything went very well. Front desk and manager along with other staff were all ready and available to answer any questions I had. Front desk staff was also able to help me to make good choices to make my stay a better experience. Thanks for that!!! It was getting a little expensive but I felt safe and respected so i decided to pay the extra for the great service they were providing. I kept extending my stay. lol

I wish the TV was a smart TV. i had to purchase a HDMI cord to hook up to my lap top so I could watch Netflix, Prime and YouTube but that was cool. HDMI only cost me 7.00 at Walmart. lol

Everything. The hotel was conveniently located to the highway, but without the highway noise. The staff at checkin, checkout, and dining area were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Everything in the room worked and the room was spacious. I loved that there was free coffee/tea 24/7 in the dining/lobby area. My husband enjoyed the breakfast, waffles and kielbasa, etc. JUST DO NOT EAT AT THE APPLEBEES NEXT DOOR. Applebees gives a discount to the hotel guests if you present your key card, NOT WORTH THE 10% discount even though the food and service was good. Our bank account was ripped off over $2K after eating at Applebees!

The breakfast lady was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

There were 4 things that stood out for us. 1- My husband did not like the breakfast since it was sausage everyday, which he won't eat. 2- There were no towels at the pool or gym and the front desk only gives out hand towels. 3- There was an incident where there was no creamer for the coffee and when I asked the front desk she informed me (not moving her eyes from her phone screen) that it was under the cabinet, which I would never take it upon myself to do since it's considered a "staff only area". 4- The same person, upon check out never raised her head from her phone but asked if I wanted a reciept. She appeared as if I was bothering her and got me the receipt. It would help if they were not always on their personal phones.

Got in elevator another couple already in elevator said this is their 3rd time, you won't be disappointed. Hallway DID NOT smell funny and carpet looked maintained. Opened door to room and no funny weir odor. No stains or damaged furnishings. Carpet was not sticky or dirty. Bathroom was clean, base boards were not gross or damaged. Clearly this is an older Best Western, but cared for.

I liked that this is the 2nd Best Western I have stayed at in a month and both seem to have a higher standard and pride in ownership on display. I usually stay at an Econo-Lodge but will start giving my business to Best Western. Also, the pricing was fair to attract a better clientele perhaps without pricing it out of reasonable cost for the average family / traveler.

The location was within minutes from where we were invited. The staff was pleasant with great customer service experience. The young lady who checked us in even shared laughter with us after we joked about our plans while there. She was super nice. The hotel was very clean, with easy access to everything we needed. The room was clean with very comfortable beds, no odor, and stocked well with the things we needed: towels, washcloths,coffee, etc. I had a problem getting ice because I wasn't familiar with the machine. I asked the night attendant to assist me, and without questions or hesitation, he did just that. I will definitely stay again and tell family and friends 🧡

Parking. There aren't enough places to park. There was a big truck parked and took up 4 parking places. If I could suggest something, I would suggest that big trucks park in the back of the hotel since the vehicle takes up so many parking spots. I realized no one really likes parking in the back,but there definitely was room for big rigs. I ended parking on the curb in front of the hotel, and my car was safe there all night.

The room was incredibly spacious and very clean, and even though we were close to the elevator and the lobby, it was very very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Also, they were able to accommodate a vegetarian breakfast for me which was an amazing surprise

The only thing I would suggest would be having a guide in the room for local channels. But that is an incredibly small thing, other than that the place was perfect

Any room/facility which checks all my wife's boxes must be very good...and this one did. It was the largest room we've ever been in - clean - good breakfast - friendly but not overbearing staff.

our room was on the highway side of the facility and, while the traffic didn't disturb or keep us up, it was noticeable. Also, the system for finding and selecting TV programs was new to us, and very confusing, and there was no assistance to help. That was frustrating and could have been easily corrected with some printed assistance.

The two ladies who checked me in and checked me out were very nice and welcoming. The room (110) was right off the lobby but I didnt hear anything enough to wake me up. The bathroom was very clean and bedding was very neat and beds were very comfortable. I sank right into it. I have worked in air bnb management, so these are things I look for. The cleaning staff were in full force the next morning and as I was leaving, they were very polite when passing. Great location near restaurants, Walmart, gas stations. Additionally, I think there was even security or an off duty police officer in the parking lot. Parking was also very bright with lights at night. Bonus there because I had to rearrange my stuff in my car at night. I missed the free breakfast and slept in, took advantage of the 11am checkout. That was nice.

It was a large room with very comfortable beds. The checking process was easy. The outside lighting is great. The lobby is nice and my family enjoyed the breakfast. I didn't eat breakfast.

The tv was too small, and the fan in the bathroom automatically came on with the light, making an annoying sound every time someone used the bathroom. The mirror is not makeup friendly.
