Nick the duty manager was very helpful and friendly. He carried my case up the stairs and generally helped me out. He allowed me to leave my rental car parked up at the hotel after I had checked out so I could walk downtown to meet friends Great location - straightforward amenities- clean and comfy. Thank you!

A kettle and cups would have been handy as there was a microwave and fridge.

We loved that it is super near to hollywood palladium, we walked just 2 blocks, if you want to visit the hollywood walk of fame is 4 blocks away, the location is the best!, room is super big and with a mini fridge, even microwave! We loved it. Even had make up remover wipes at the bathroom!!

We liked everything, we travel a lot and this mini hotel was beyond expectations

Friendly staff , clean room

They need to fix beds. The bottom part is metal and they are not builded right or they need adjustments, they move a lot and make a lot of noise just by sitting down, when i was laid down and if i move a little all bed was moving a bit and making a lot of noise. I didnt make a big deal cause i needed to sleep for a few hours before heading to work and didn’t want to waste my time asking for a different room . Everything else was perfect no issues.

The room was a decent size with a comfortable bed. The TV does not have AirPlay. The WiFi coverage is good and the internet speed is fast. The location is great, vey close to the Walk of Fame.

The overall cleanliness level was kind of low. The towels and bedding was all fine and clean, just some parts of the room were dusty and hadn't been cleaned well.

The prices for the room wasn't that bad and the room was perfect but I did wish the bathroom had a bathtub tho so I can take a bath. The room temperature was perfect and the location was perfect for my stay. I enjoy my stay very well.

The only thing that I only wish I could bring a guest back to my room to hangout for a bit but I understand they didn't want to and the TV has a timer that automatic turn off... I didn't enjoy that when I was watch a TV show or part of the movie for a lil while and there a message pop up that said 60 sec the TV power off and I try to go to the setting to change that but couldn't. Those are the only two things I didn't really like about it but it's okay tho.

The staff were extremely friendly! They even came in replaced our towels and remade our beds while we were away. The kindness was honestly the topper.

Bathrooms could be a little cleaner mainly shower areas and the upper balcony needs some floor repair!

The mirror was to high for short people, it looks like it was remodeled. It just needs to be lower and there was room where they could put a table and chairs.

At first I found the front desk man rude and the office is a little scary looking, I was uncertain that I woukd be safe. Until I paid he wasn't nice or helpful.

The location is good, I went to a concert at the Hollywood Palladium and I only had to walk like 5 minutes. There are places around to eat so that’s also a bonus. The only bad thing is all the noise around.

It was exactly what we expected and paid for. It was clean, the room & bathroom were big & comfortable, and the staff was helpful. A good stay overall.
