The location was perfect for the event we were attending at Kentucky Horse Park. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great. The lady in charge of the breakfast was welcoming, cheerful and kept it stocked the entire time with different choices every day. We had time to use the pool and hot tub and were not disappointed. The pool was a nice temperature and plenty big. Our air conditioner quit working the second day we were there and wasn’t able to get fixed so they immediately moved us to a new room just down the hall. The front desk people were always nice, friendly and helpful. All in all everything was wonderful and we would all stay there again.

Not sure how clean our second room was as we found a bottle of shower gel on the floor in the main room and a few make up items on the floor in the closet. The bathroom and beds seemed clean but possibly the floors hadn’t gotten vacuumed.

The friendly and welcoming staff. Specially Ms. Tonia that welcomed us 2 mornings during breakfast. Also, the receptionist that was there the day we arrived was very friendly. The location of the hotel was very good since you can go to dinning places at a very good distance.

That our room was dirty. The bathtub had hair, the toilet was dirty, the floor and sink shelfs had dust. Even when we requested for the room to be cleaned, they only cleaned the toilet and the floor was still kind of dirty.

It was close to HorseyHundred festivities. Staff was very accommodating and very friendly! It had an exercise room, hot breakfast every morning, cookies/popcorn at night.

My mattress was a little worn. I needed to ask for tissues because mine were completely gone. It was hard to regulate the temperature in my room. I wanted it a little cooler but I couldn’t seem to reduce the temperature. I think it was 71 and I’d like at least 68. I turned the fan on high at night which seemed to help.

Location was great. Breakfast was great. Having map of town was great. I had an issue with sink and he came and fixed quickly.

Shower smelled like urine at times. There was no towel rack by the sink for hand towel.,there was no housekeeping and I was there 4 days. I had to ask for Kleenex. The rooms could be slightly noisy. I could hear doors opening and closing and occasionally the ice machine.

We've been traveling around SE for 2 weeks, and this was one of the top 2 for the best breakfast (under$130). Biscuits, eggs, sausage gravy, potatoes, oatmeal with lots of toppings, Wafflles with lots of toppings, grape juice and more. Manager gave us a 10% coupon at Texas Roadhouse close by. Popcorn and hot cookies in the afternoon. The room has a freezer. Hot tub and a warm pool. 1/2 hour from the Ark Encounter. Manager on premises. Plenty of luggage carts.

Parking lot tight and pool deck, especially around hot tub needs a good scrubbing.

The facility is convenient to where we go visit and the staff and the room are always great!!! We have stayed here 3 times and will stay agin. Also several restaurants and shops close very close by.

The pool was closed but no problem we didn’t use it but our granddaughter didn’t get to this time, no problem

The staff was wonderful and Tonya, the breakfast hostess, was THE BEST. They do not clean your room unless you request it to be cleaned. If you just want a change of towels and washcloths you just simply place them outside the door and housekeeping leaves you fresh ones. Very efficient.

The staff was very courteous. The lady in the breakfast area was very friendly and didn't rush anyone out. Location was very close to the interstate and had plenty of restaurants around the area. Bed was comfortable.

This hotel is older and some things need updating. The pool was so cold you couldn't get in it.

Hot tub, pool, popcorn in the evenings were enjoyed by everyone. The rooms were adjoining, and our party was able to share bathrooms and communicate easily room to room. The motel was quiet and we could not hear other guests in other rooms or above us.

Breakfast was the one thing not up to par. The sausage patties appeared to be boiled rather than fried.

Breakfast was delicious! My Daughter and I are simple people, but this was the best hotel continental breakfast. The sausage gravy and biscuits were wonderful! Tonia, our breakfast host was super kind, friendly, and thoughtful of everyone. THANK YOU TONIA!
