Breakfast staff, bar tender, and weekday security were great, as was the front desk staff. They made us feel at home.

Weekend security was rude and confrontational. He needs training in public relations.

The room was perfect, very well equiped. The location: you can have a walk or a jog on the sea side.

The restaurant in the hotel is a greasy takeaway fastfood. Low quality products, and there's no restaurant in the streets around the hotel. Unless you've a car or take a taxi, there's no way your gonna have a proper meal.

Rooms spacious and clean. Well kitted out with tea/coffee, iron and ironing board. Great power shower. The staff at this hotel couldn't have been more obliging. George the Guest Services manager was very professional and helpful. Nice bar area with good range of local products. Barman again was friendly and made several great suggestions for bar/restaurants we could visit in town. Porters always had a cheery hello and made you feel welcome. Train station less than 5 min walk, takes you downtown in 10 or 15 mins, ideal as the traffic can get very heavy. Overall a great stay

I liked being able to text with the hotel. The bar and cafe were great. The people working them were super friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and well appointed.

There was only one shuttle. When we asked for pickup at the airport, we waited outside for 45 minutes. The person who told me that the shuttle was on the way should have given an indication of how long it would be. I didn't appreciate having my 85 year old mother waiting in the cold for that long. Also, for the ride back to the airport, we had to call an uber because the shuttle was only once per hour. It would be helpful to give guests more information about the shuttle, especially the schedule.

Affordable stay, close to the train station and convenient to travel downtown. The hotel was clean and the rooms as well. There are a couple of supermarkets around the corner, if anything is needed. The area looks a bit sketchy at night, but I didn't feel unsafe at any time.

There were some weird 'residents', probably drunk, at the night I arrived for check in. They were shouting at the guy in the reception, who was truly professional and paid no attention to them. I don't know how this incident ended, but it was a bit inconvenient and upsetting.

Near the subway

I chose this property due to airport shuttle. We waited 1 hour for a shuttle at the airport and it was only 2pm so not rush hour. Then this is not a fault of the hotel but it took about 45 min to get to the hotel after we were picked up. We arrived at the hotel at 4 pm after calling at 2pm when we already had our suitcases. We were told they would arrive in 15 min. I understand traffic can be unpredictable. There was no explanation for the long wait. Also call to see how the shuttle system works before booking if that is important to you. It departs every hour. The ride to the airport went well but it was 6am on a Saturday so to be expected. We did use the subway to go into the city and that worked well. The room was clean and comfortable.

This accommodation is located a short walk to the nearby UMAS/JFK train station and is only three stops to South Station for access to city sights and AMTRAK. The accommodation is 10 minutes walk to the JFK Museum. The staff were friendly and helpful. The attached cafe made good coffees and had a range of food choices. On the other side of the UMAS/JFK station is a range of food options and a great Irish pub, The Banshee, that does excellent food. This is good value accommodation if you don't need to stay right in the middle of Boston.

The room was very clean and thoroughly done each day, which was great. The location was a few minutes walk to JFK/UMass station, about 4 stops from most of the attractions in town. Has a small gym which serves a purpose for a quick morning workout.

The shuttle bus provided from the airport was good, but you have to call to let them know you've arrived. This isn't a great option for those coming from abroad who cannot use their phone. Didn't eat the breakfast but seemed quite steep at £22pp when I saw what was on offer.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in a little early. The shuttle service to restaurants a plus. The chocolate chip cookies delicious.

The shuttle driver to the airport 9/4/24 indifferent and rude. Made us wait on the side walk with luggage while he sat in the van looking at his phone telling us there was 5 more minutes! Meanwhile other clients walked up to the Van loaded their luggage and hopped in ahead of us.

Jorge, Sammi (driver), Kym and other employees made my stay one of the top 3 stays I've ever had at a hotel. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable, and helped me navigate new territory though I travel often. They deserve a raise, and much more for their customer service. I can not thank them enough for the wonderful treatment while I only stayed one night. If I am in the area again, this is my choice of locations to stay at forever moving forward due to all of their kindness, support, and going above and beyond.

there were 0 issues during my stat which I greatly appreciated because I was exhausted.
