It was a wonderful experience spending the night in double tree hotel. It will not be the last one fore sure, thanks to the friendly staff whom worked hard to made our stay comfortable and memorable

I stayed only for one night, next time I will spend much more time and enjoy the hotel and services

Great location. Bus stops & train station are a short stroll away. It was very handy for us as we were attending a gig in TD Garden & it was so easy to get to. There is also a big supermarket, shops and restaurants on your doorstep too. The hotel itself was really lovely. The beds were so comfy. The breakfast buffet has a great selection, and the dinner in the bar was fabulous, too. Also, I must give a shoutout to Thomas in the bar who was so friendly. We got the hotel shuttle bus back to the airport the day we were leaving. They go every half an hour, which is brilliant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here & would absolutely book again in the future.

There is a $250 dollar extra charge when you check in incase you incur any expenses in the hotel during your stay. This is completely refundable when you check out if you haven't dipped into it. But I know I wasn't expecting to pay that upfront on arrival, so just to let others know to factor that extra cost into their funds when they're paying for their room.

The staff was fine...the room was clean and ok yes...

It was still a little too far away from logan airport...to advertise as a dbltree boston airport i felt...and the price jumped from like $119 to $151 overnight.. i did not want to book non refundable just 14 hrs b4 as airlines are just not dependable now... So...i waited until I landed at logan airport...just some 12-14 hrs later ...thats when the price went to $151. It puts travelers in a bad position of unfairness. Thar hotel is not worth $151

Appreciated the shuttle service because the hotel is a few miles from the airport, but was one of the more reasonably priced hotels available. Front desk and room cleaning people were all pleasant and helpful.

I think hotels should do away with carpeted floors. I would prefer a hard surfaced floor. They are easier to keep clean and look better longer. The carpet selected for this location had a pattern that looked like worn-out carpet, although it was not worn out. It kind of reminded me of jeans that are sold with holes already in them. The hotel is also very close to a busy train track and crossing so you hear the train engine, the loud train horn, and the bell for the crossing several times starting early in the morning.

Comfortable and clean. We felt safe with well lit parking. Shuttle van was great as well as driver. Pool was clean and proper

Toilet height and old round shape was super dated. Elevator had quirks and the request button oddly appeared improperly mounted on first floor. Asked for quite room but was given room on a high traffic/train side. Breakfast was available but since the coffee was old, the breakfast paid for on property ended in leaving for different option. On the bright side, the bacon was proper unlike any other hotel.

Ease of checking in and out . Room was spacious with a nice view. Location was near everything we needed. Front desk personal especially Motina Pierre were very helpful whenever we needed something done she was more than happy to assist and we got results fast . She was very engaging and has my vote for employee of the month .

Omelette station would have been nice for breakfast. To me that was the only thing that could have been better

It was one of the most affordable hotels for our budget for our short stay in Boston. The hotel itself is really clean and comfortable, decent shower, super friendly staff and a convenient breakfast included in our rates. I was worried about getting into the city from the Chelsea area, where the hotel is situated, as we wanted to avoid driving in due to the traffic. We ended up getting the free airport shuttle and stopping at the airport subway stop, this was free and quick to get to. It took about 30 minutes to get into the city on the train. We ended up getting taxis back as it was only 10-15 mins back.

There is the Chelsea train station stop not far from the hotel, and as there is a crossing, the trains honk their horns during the day and late evening. We could hear it through our window, but it didn't honk when we slept. As it's not central, you have to consider how to get into the city to see the sights. Even though it was affordable for Boston, the general pricing in the USA has gone up a lot over the past few years, so things seem more expensive- especially food and drink. The hotel food menu is a little limited, but convenient.

The room and location were good. The staff were mostly good.

I was very disappointed in the shuttle pick yup service from the airport. I waited more than an hour for the shuttle. When I rang to find out why there was such a delay, they lied to me and said the shuttle had stopped at the bus stop and couldn't find me because I did not have a US phone number. When I told the person in the phone that I had not moved from the bus stop for the last 70 minutes she then checked with the driver who said he was too full so didn't go by my stop. I wish she had checked her information first rather trying to blame me. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport was reliable and always left on time.

I spent two nights in the hotel. I enjoyed the accommodations, especially the swimming pool and the gym and the beds were comfortable. It is very near by the train station and the bus stop.

When I made the reservation with Booking.com, it indicated that the breakfast had a cost of $10, but when I arrived at the hotel the breakfast was $20 + taxes.

Traveled with family to Boston to watch my brother and his wife run the Boston Marathon. Congratulations Jerry and Julie from Dallas, Oregon!!! We all had rooms at the Double Tree. The location is very close to public transportation, which was perfect. Getting to Boston was easy and convenient. However, the hotel is also located next to train tracks which run all through the night. Not convenient if you can't sleep through a locomotive. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. l want to give housekeeping 5 stars because they cleaned our room daily (upon request) and kept us stocked with clean linens. Check in and out were quick and easy. The front desk was able to check us in 3 hours early upon arrival which was awesome because we expected them to hold our luggage until the room was ready. Despite the train, we had a great stay! Don't forget to ask the front desk for your chocolate chip cookie each day! They are fabulous!!!
