Room was nice, had a mini fridge, microwave, soft bed and pillows, very comfortable, property has a pool, plus wifi

That I couldn't check in prior to 3pm, I was scheduled to get into town at 2 pm, and had things to do at 3, wanted to get set up, in the room, for my 3pm video call, wanted to get settled around 2 in the room, but had to find other accommodations Why even offer what time to check in when making the reservation if you won't let people check in prior to 3, why would prior to 3 even be an option, I selected 1 to 2 pm, reservation went through, then I immediately get an email saying 3, why offer that?

Staff went over and above. Anything reasonable that you asked for and provided great efficient responses and response time. Very friendly manager and wonderful breakfast

TV availability and no way to connect personal items all come down to remote and the spectrum package that they give the hotel. So it's more spectrum fault

Everything especially the people and attitudes! It was during a hurricane and we all were upset and I had been out of power and water for days,everyone here was awesome. I want to say a BIG THANK YOU TO THE HOUSEKEEPING LADY, maybe the manager over housekeeping, she was absolutely amazing, and made us feel at home!!

Not trying to be mean but it was not being able to use the pool because there was to many people that didn’t pay for a room using the pool witch I do understand people should be able to swim there as well but I think that the guest should be able to come first before the non paying people that don’t rent a room

As a house cleaner myself, I really appreciated the cleanliness of inside the room & all of the other Days Inn property. The sheets & towels were incredibly white. I appreciated the amount of light fixtures in the room as well. Each staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly. They made my stay very comfortable and affordable. The pet deposit was not an outrageous price. Our stay was worth it and will be telling friends and family to stay at the Quality Inn of Wilkesboro,North Carolina

Staff did an excellent job. TV didn’t work in first room. Maintenance immediately came over and confirmed the issue. I was immediately moved to a different room hassle free.

Needs upgrades. It had recently become a Quality Inn (was Days Inn) so I believe upgrades are in the works.

The staff was wonderful, room was big, the water pressure in the bathroom was great

Needs a lot of updates and the pool up and running. The lighting in the room was not the greatest except in the bathroom. It was good. TV was kind of small and the cable channels weren't the greatest

Nothing to complain about, it is a wonderful overnight drop in and crash get up and go no frills but just the right amount of everything you really need. The pool is exceptionally inviting and clean, and the grounds are shaded and in the middle of all retail shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Nothing to complain about, they have always been accommodating when I travel with my requests and needs.

I liked that it was clean, and my room was a handicap room, which made it even nicer! Even with a handicap parking spot.
