The room was clean and the staff was attentive. Molly checked everyday thru text to see if we needed anything and if there was anything she could do to improve/better our stay. She gave suggestions to problems, was kind, empathetic, and considerate. Due to medical problems I was unable to lay flat in a bed and the chaise was hard and very uncomfortable to sit on and impossible to sleep on. Molly had additional comforters and bedding sent up soften the chaise to see if it could be made more comfortable to sleep on. It worked. Although not idea it was tolerable for the short term.

I booked a handicap accessible room but found that the only thing different was bars in the shower/tub combo. I needed an ADA toilet and a roll in/ step-in shower would have been preferable. Molly offered to change our room but the other room wasn't much different. They sent up a toilet extender and a shower chair. These things both helped but the set was wobbly and neither device was clean.....they were a little dusty. They were also older models. I've stayed in hotels that had ADA toilets and roll-in / step-in showers in handicap accessible rooms and was supprised it was not adoption here.

The hotel was very clean and well kept. Our room was very clean, we had plenty of hot water, water pressure was great, and it was very quiet. The pool and gym were both very clean, plenty of towels, equipment in working order, etc. The breakfast had plenty of options for every type of diet/taste and far exceeded our expectations. The complementary dog treats, waters and coffee were a great added touch. Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the area.

The room was very comfortable and had a lovely view. Amenities were excellent - fridge in room, ice machine, clean bedding, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Front desk staff were outstanding - hospitable (with a smile and positive demeanor) and responsive to requests. The gift bag upon arrival was a nice extra touch. The cookies as well. The breakfast was excellent. There was a lot of variety to suit every taste. The breakfast staff was constantly monitoring the amount of food and cleanliness of area.

The shower in the room - faucet continued to let out water while shower was on, which brought down the water pressure.

The staff. The people that work there were pleasant and kind. They were very very receptive and helped with pointing out areas of interest and restaurants very clean very well Run and I would be happy to stay there again anytime

Honestly, not a Single thing. They were helpful. The place was clean and comfortable. It was easy to find, and they were pleasant to us.

All of the staff members that I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The building was very nice, clean and comfortable. It seemed to be a pretty new building. We did not use the pool but I saw families enjoying it. The breakfast and coffee were good.

Breakfast was great. Food was fresh, and delectable. Coffee was fresh and well stocked with cups, creamers, etc. We enjoyed a western omelet with salsa on the side, sausage links, toast, juice, and coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very inviting and relaxed atmosphere...peaceful.

The coffee pot in our room did not work. We requested a new one and desk clerk promptly delivered a brand new one to our room. Normally, there is creamer packets in the room along with coffee, but not at this hotel. We had to get creamer from lobby. Slight inconvenience.

Welcome was outstanding, breakfast was perfect for our needs. Property was spotlessly clean and felt very safe to be in. Provided a good base to explore the surrounding area.

Nothing, was everything we needed

It is easily accessible, very clean, and the free breakfast had a great selection. The staff was also very kind and continued to check on us throughout our stay.

Everyone there was so sweet and kind! My husband had paid for our trip as an anniversary present....my husband passed away from cancer before we were able to go on the trip. My daughter and her family went with me on the trip so I wouldn't be alone! Hampton Inn staff were so thoughtful to make this trip not so hard! I would stay here always!!!!
