Very comfortable beds and pillows. More than a continental breakfast was offered. Beautiful patio to enjoy your breakfast al fresco! Coffee/tea, cocoa offered 24/7. Rooms were clean. Newly renovated heated indoor pool. Fitness room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location to access shops and restaurants within minutes. Plenty of plugins and ports to connect electronics. Internet worked well. Large flatscreen television with Spectrum service. It has nonsmoking rooms, but offers designated smoking areas with rocking chairs.

Property could use a little updating. No drawers or places to hang clothes or wet swimsuits. Our granddaughter’s room’s refrigerator didn’t work upon arrival, but after moving the controls around, it began working. (Hotel would have offered to change the room, but they were already settled in with their two year old.) They only offer housecleaning every third day, unless requested. They did request fresh towels and trash removal(pull-ups in an enclosed space can be less than ideal.) Service was not performed. My granddaughter got towels from the front desk. Key cards were a little temperamental.

Incredibly comfy room with coffee available in the lobby all day. There's also a water fountain on the ground floor. Breakfast was great with hot and cold food available but no vegan options and no hot vegetarian options. The bed was like a cloud making it very difficult to wake up and the entire room was very clean. I only dealt with one staff member when checking in but he was very helpful and gave me some recommendations for food. Overall it was a great hotel for the price!

The conditioner wasn't very good and the swimming pool was very small. Also no vegan options for breakfast.

Our King room with a great breakfast was less than $100 per night including taxes. This was a Sunday to Tuesday stay, so that may have brought the price down. Bed was very comfortable, shower water pressure excellent, location is quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast that came with eggs, biscuits, sausage, waffle maker, yogurt, breads, oatmeal, cereals, juices and coffee.

Stained tired carpet in the room.

Jamie at the front desk was awesome she really helped when it came to any questions we had. She gave us some good recommendations on restaurants and things to do during our stay. It’s pretty well kept and clean.

The pool was closed due to renovations but they did make accommodations for us to use the pool next door which was a plus. The only complaint about the pool is that it was freezing but not that big of a deal.

It was great. They upgraded me to Jacuzzi room. There was an adorable squirrel outside named peanut that made my trip!! The manager Mark was amazing, I'll definitely be back. The only problem was the night worker at the front desk. He called us at 230 am and said our TV was too loud and it was barely on, I asked him if he personally heard it and he said no. Besides him every thing was perfect, that guy Mark at the front was really superb.

We stay here every year for a mini Christmas trip to visit local attractions. It's always clean and comfortable, the staff are very nice and it's in a perfect location for us.

The only downside was the pool being closed the last two times we've visited. There was an option to use the pool in the neighboring hotel but it would involve walking outside in the freezing weather with wet hair/suits.

Room was clean and comfortable. Checking and check out was quick and easy. Room rate was good value for money.

Breakfast selection was limited and warm food was bland. After booking the hotel, we were advised that the pool was closed and that we could use the pool at an adjacent hotel. A better approach would be to advise customers of this before one makes the booking.

The cookies at check in were excellent. The desk in Room was great for work. The building was quiet.

The pillows were tiny like chicken nuggets, not comfortable at all. The carpets were really stained and need a deep clean or replacement. The coffee wasn’t good. The pool was closed. The parking was very limited with all the work trucks blocking the drive in.

We really loved the size of the room, the breakfast and the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. We really loved the free cookies and the welcoming atmosphere.

The room was a little humid (air conditioner had trouble cooling room) and the refrigerator did not work well. We had to request more than three towels for our room although we were a family of 6 (and that is how we reserved the room). Otherwise we loved our stay.

We only stayed one night, but the bed was comfy and the room was spacious.

The bathroom was outdated and not completely clean. There were rust spots in the bathtub, and there was mold or mildew in the shower that would not have been there, if anyone bothered to clean it or even spray with a bleach cleaner. Pillows were really small and looked ridiculous on a king size bed.
