Incredibly comfy room with coffee available in the lobby all day. There's also a water fountain on the ground floor. Breakfast was great with hot and cold food available but no vegan options and no hot vegetarian options. The bed was like a cloud making it very difficult to wake up and the entire room was very clean. I only dealt with one staff member when checking in but he was very helpful and gave me some recommendations for food. Overall it was a great hotel for the price!

The conditioner wasn't very good and the swimming pool was very small. Also no vegan options for breakfast.

It was great. They upgraded me to Jacuzzi room. There was an adorable squirrel outside named peanut that made my trip!! The manager Mark was amazing, I'll definitely be back. The only problem was the night worker at the front desk. He called us at 230 am and said our TV was too loud and it was barely on, I asked him if he personally heard it and he said no. Besides him every thing was perfect, that guy Mark at the front was really superb.

We stay here every year for a mini Christmas trip to visit local attractions. It's always clean and comfortable, the staff are very nice and it's in a perfect location for us.

The only downside was the pool being closed the last two times we've visited. There was an option to use the pool in the neighboring hotel but it would involve walking outside in the freezing weather with wet hair/suits.

We really loved the size of the room, the breakfast and the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. We really loved the free cookies and the welcoming atmosphere.

The room was a little humid (air conditioner had trouble cooling room) and the refrigerator did not work well. We had to request more than three towels for our room although we were a family of 6 (and that is how we reserved the room). Otherwise we loved our stay.

We only stayed one night, but the bed was comfy and the room was spacious.

The bathroom was outdated and not completely clean. There were rust spots in the bathtub, and there was mold or mildew in the shower that would not have been there, if anyone bothered to clean it or even spray with a bleach cleaner. Pillows were really small and looked ridiculous on a king size bed.

Everyone on the staff we had contact with was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was very available and breakfast was serviced by Jaime who was friendly, helpful and stayed on top of things. Our room was comfortable, and the bed was good. Would definitely stay there again.

When we checked out we could not get a receipt for our payment. We were told that our receipt would come from the third party, Booking.com, that we had used. I've used them before at other places and always received a receipt from the hotel. Seems they could have given us something to show payment.

I was traveled for skiing and the hotel location was right. My room was on the first floor, quiet, nothing bothered me. I liked waffles for breakfast, coffee and some tea in the room.

This is details that I can easily drop off but just for improving. A box of paper tissue was not full and there was no replacement. A coffee maker was not working properly. A filter bucket was not connected to the jar, and water didn't go through. A breakfast was nothing spectacular.

Shauna at the front desk went above and beyond to help me and I am so thankful. I messed up my reservation and she kept me from being stuck without a room on a rainy graduation night. The room was perfect, I liked that there was a loud fan in the bathroom for privacy and I can't sleep without one. Heat AC was working well, we travel for dance competitions and that seems to always be a problem.

The bed was hard as a rock, however.

Despite some issue with my card used to book and what to use for incidentals, they lady at the front desk was on point and very helpful in resolving it all after just a few minutes. Claremont, NC baby! Close to where we were going for dinner and a concert that evening. Great value and everything was very nice. Would book here again for sure.

Bath towels need to be larger. They don’t cover us larger folks.
