Staff was very helpful and friendly, from the front desk to the breakfast attendant, everyone was polite. Breakfast was nice for the family, wet sat on the patio each morning and it was nice. Good options for kids as well. Kids loves the room and the location was convenient to what we had planned. Will stay again for sure.

Mini fridge didn't get too cold, breastfeeding momma with milk was aggravating with that. Room had a musty odor, like wet carpet, but we quickly adjusted, so maybe it was a different smell and that was it.

The staff were very warm and inviting. The fresh lemonade and ice cold water at check in was refreshing. The room was excellent. Clean, all amenities that were listed was available. The beds were so soft and our Mountain View was beautiful. The breakfast…it was beyond great. I did not catch the man’s name that was insuring all items stayed replenished, he did an excellent job. The area maintained cleanliness even with so many guests coming and going. We checked out after breakfast on July 6th. Please let him know that we really appreciated his excellence.

Great location. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Check in was quick.

Shower would not get hot. Let it run for 20 minutes and at best it was Luke warm. Not really a fun experience when it is 6 degrees outside. Most people, like myself, were there for a weekend of skiing. Returning to the room for a chilly shower was not great. I requested a late check out. My request was denied. I'm not angry about the denial, but it would have been really helpful considering how cold it was outside. This is my third year staying here for MLK weekend. Seems the cleanliness is slipping a bit.

Very nice clean room. Breakfast was perfect and the Lady keeping a watch on the breakfast buffet was very competent and nice.

My only complaint was there was a lot of “dog poo” from large dogs about the hotel premises. A couple of waste stations would help a lot. At 6:15am I was walking my dog and a person staying there with a friendly shepherd dog who I met was “off leash” with my 1 year old puppy who was “on leash” No problem with the doggies - but don’t think you can reliably pick up the waste from your dog if you don’t have them on leash.

EVERYTHING!! I just needed a little break and decided to take my two special needs grandchildren on a short trip. The main reason we chose this hotel was the reviews and the pool! The pool was closed on day 1. I called the property and told them about my kids (I am raising them, both have sensory processing disorders and development delays, among other issues) The hotel agreed to upgrade us to a room with jacuzzi! Day 2 we meet the general mgr! (WENDY) I CANNOT TELL YOU ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT THIS WOMAN! I have been in retail mgmt for 30 years and she went above and beyond to make sure these two kids were happy. Noah is high functioning autistic and he just kept clapping saying it was the "best day ever" I hope I can attach some pics somewhere! Thank you, again!! Oh yes... the beds were amazing!

Nothing, perfect stay!!

Great location to visit ASU, SUPER clean (thank you!), daughter and friend enjoyed indoor pool. The several varieties of coffee served were all EXCELLENT.

Breakfast just okay, and limited seating. Would have appreciated a little bit better and more hot breakfast options, on a hotel breakfast buffet, I like to see an egg option (this wasn't kept filled), a breakfast meat option, a potato option, and a sweet option like pancakes or French toast as opposed to dry waffles. The food was okay at best and not kept up with Saturday morning demand. Half and half is better offered in a carafe versus the tiny individual cups.

The room was very clean. The water pressure and the temperature of the shower was amazing. The complementary breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a long time. The beds were also very comfortable. The location was good as well.

The location of the ice machine, also there was a small issue with the bathtub in our room, it seemed to make a lot of noise inside of it when someone was showering. Also the mini fridge seemed to not work properly. The temperature in the hallway of our room was pretty warm compared to the temperature inside of room. The elevator might need updating as well.

The front desk staff were awesome. They were welcoming and willing to help when my husband needed water for his truck. The room was comfortable and perfect for what we needed. We did not have a chance to use the pool but it seemed lovely! We loved the waffles for breakfast!

The mattress on the couch left a lot to be desired. My daughter ended up just sleeping on the couch as opposed to the pull out. We even tried her mattress topper on the pull out but she said it was still bad. She also stated her mattress topper on the couch was super comfortable. We decided the pull out would probably be fine for kids but not grown ups.

Our room had not been made. We were told we would be moved to a hotel across the road since they were sold out and the cleaning staff had left. Since it was only 4:30, I asked if every room was already occupied. Since they were not, why was I not given another room. After the manager got involved, we were given the room next door. The whole thing seemed amateurish. I’ve stayed at other LaQuintas. This one was my least favorite.

Excellent staff, good breakfast (waffles, eggs, sausage, tater tots, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, cereal, pastries and bagels). Free coffee / tea/ hot coco / fruit water in the lobby. Comfortable bed. Nice L-shaped sofa in suites.

First room they had us in was moldy / musty smelling. Professional and friendly staff quickly put us in another room which was fine. Walls are paper thin. Can hear people in adjacent rooms (who were not being loud or unruly) and also people walking around upstairs. Creaky floors - I'm sure we bothered the people in the room below us too just walking around. Carpet blocks door to suite room from shutting properly. I'm a strong 6'2, 230-pound man and shutting / opening the door over the carpet was a challenge. Fire hazard. The room was comfortable enough and clean and it's a nice, not-run-down hotel. In an age where the cheaper hotels in a small mountain town cost nearly $150-200 - I guess I just expect more.
