The room temperature was uncomfortable all night. It was hot and when I turned the ac on, it was still hot. The bed sheets looked like someone had just taken a nap on them and the conditioner was empty. I loved the noon check-out but it did not matter because the cleaning staff started slamming doors at 9am. It was ridiculous. I have never heard such loudness ever in any other hotel I have stayed at. The final issue was that I was denied a military discount because I used booking.com. I think that is unacceptable and if a discount really was not possible then how about offer a veteran at least a free drink from starbucks. A little generosity goes a long way. I will not return to this hotel unless an attempt is made to contact me and offer anything.

The location was nice and the property was beautiful.

It would have been nice to have had a hot tub. I included breakfast with our stay but was disappointed in the coffee not being hotter at Starbucks. This was the case every morning. The food was good. We were told our beds would be made every other day but they did not get made at all.

Very clean and elegant hotel. Staff was beyond awesome! I was charged twice due to booking.com but I cannot hold that against the hotel. Location was great close to everything we needed includyfun activities,food, shopping

Great location that is close to campus. The bed was clean and comfortable. I didn't have time to enjoy the lobby, but it looked nice as well.

The Bistro was never open. I went down for dinner on Thursday night and was told that they couldn't serve me. I went down to get dinner at 6pm on a Friday and it was closed.

Breakfast was very good. It was served in a timely manner with excellent service. We were asked several times if we needed anything else. We were very pleased with the staff.

the in room coffee supplies were lacking and room service would have been appreciated. this location is laden with trafffic and choices for door dash are for junk food. the facility had a small starbucks but not worth the money you pay to stay at a Marriott.

it was close to the areas we needed to be for my daughters move-in day at ASU

there was parts that were under construction/renovation and we couldn’t access some of the exterior doors. We had to switch rooms because of the high volume of booking between our two night stay
