The breakfast was excellent! One of the best I have had lately. The size of the room was very nice. It even had a beautiful mountain view! The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. So close to everything!

The hotel is very nice. A few things need a little bit of work. Some of the furniture and bathroom fixtures could use some repair and updating. However, the property is very clean and there are little signs everywhere indicating that they are in the process of renovating while not disrupting our stay. I would agree that they are doing that. I have stayed in other places that were in renovations where the stay was disrupted. This place was great: quiet, neat, clean, etc.

We enjoyed our stay, the location is great and it was easy to get in and out of the hotel. It's close enough to drive to just about anywhere you need to go . The staff was friendly and the beds are comfy enough.

Breakfast could use some improvements, the biscuit gravy was lukewarm at best . I would have liked to see grits and just scrambled eggs on the buffet instead of the cheese omlets. They were not very good and the ends of the cheese omlets were hard. The toilet in our room run continuously and we ran out of clean towels on our last day but the housekeeper did bring some fresh towels before long.

The day staff confirmed our reservation at 1 but could not check in yet and were Very kind! The evening girl was not kind and gave our room to another person and changed our reservation and was not very kind and she reluctantly gave us another room but not what we had originally booked for. Spoke to other staff next day and they were Extremely kind and helpful about what had happened. Other than losing our booked room and that one staff member, it was truly great! Very nice place! Another staff member replaced that unkind staff member and she was amazing as we saw her helping a homeless person and was just so kind in helping them. So, other than that one staff member, they were wonderful!

I liked the location and the people were extremely friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Overall a good experience.

The room needed some repairs done. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall and the toilet seat needed replacing as it was loose enough to come off completely. I expected better for a 349.00 per night price. I just think the charges were well over market value for the room that was provided.

Breakfast was better than expected. Very good choices of both hot & cold foods. Better than most I have experienced. Comfortable room. room was spacious enough for 2 people to be comfortable and not run into one another.

I would have preferred a larger bathroom vanity. The single vanity was not quite large enough for 2 people's toiletries. Also, the air conditioning unit in our room (308) was damaged. It still worked but it was hard to read the buttons as they had been smashed. Thought it was a little overpriced. Usually a hotel costing over $200 per night would have a restaurant/bar and more amenities.

Breakfast was good not great. Good variety to choose from. Could walk or drive around not far to eat or do some hiking.

No fridge in room whenI thought there was one. Beds were ok. Room plenty big enough for 2 people.

Everything was clean and the staff was nice. It was a pretty hotel and great location.

The humidity in the room was high for some reason from when we checked in until we checked out. we couldn’t figure it out. Even on the wooden furniture under the tv remote or anything we sat down, there would be white areas on the furniture. Also, the shower curtain rod needs to be lowered or the shower curtain needs to be longer as the water just pours out of the tub while taking a shower. it doesn’t even touch the tub when the curtain is closed. We had to put down multiple towels so the pool of water wouldn’t go under the door to the carpet. I also wonder if possibly all of that moisture over time not going down the drain, may be causing high humidity in the air with the room never getting to air out and dry up. Just a thought.

Breakfast and location both great

Beds were not great and the shower was not very safe. Shower floor was slick (even with rough pad) and there should have been a grab bar in the rear of the tub, rather than the front.

Very good breakfast, liked separate food area from seating.

Upper floors being remodeled, the room we had was worn. Peeling wall paper, black mold on shower/tub area, no chairs on balcony area I payed extra to have.

Excellent property and staff

The commode ran continuously and would not flush properly but we did not report until we checked out. We didn’t want to call maintenance in the middle of the night so we toted water to make it flush
