As we were checking in, I was disappointed to learn the pool was closed. Access was difficult if you must make a left turn into the parking lot. The driveway is right before a traffic light on a heavily traveled road. It is best to proceed to the traffic light and turn left, go down a bit and turn around, back to the light and turn right so the hotel is on your right. Plus, the driveway itself has a high crown, so you bottom out if you aren't careful.

Pool closed.

We enjoyed our stay. The customer service there to resolve issues with unauthorized charges is terrible. Not sure if we will stay there again.

Charged 3 times on credit card used for incidentals. These charges are over 700.00. Rooms was fully paid through booking.com. Contacted hotel 3 times and still issues have not been resolved. Can’t get call back to answer my messages that I have left. Had to contact corporate and guy was very helpful and put in a dispute for me for the charges. Still pending results for the charges that were not authorized by me on my credit card.

The third party did not inform the property that we needed a wheelchair accessible room. When we arrived the manager at the property went above and beyond to make sure we had the room we needed even though they were overbooked for the days we were staying. Although they were severely understaffed they were warm, polite, and professional! Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I was visiting Boone to take my EMT exam and was right around the corner (walking distance) from where i needed to test. The front desk employee was OUTSTANDING!! we checked in at 11pm and she was as nice as could be and even mapped out where I needed to go the following morning which took so much anxiety off of me. I believe her name was Stephanie, but i truly couldn’t have asked for a nicer, funnier, kind hearted person.

The staff were very nice and cimmunitive. They helped me with questions I had about the area and restaurants I inquired about. This is a great hotel to stay for a ski trip with the family or a weekend getaway for a couple! Love it and I will be returning soon!

We did have inclement weather so the parking lot could have been a scraped better for the snow and Ice. Customers couldn't see the parking lines for the parking lot so everyone parked where they could.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and patient. Breakfast was very good. Server was great. Samantha at the front desk exceeded the expectations of hospitality by making me feel so comfortable. The weather was bad and I had to hang around about 30 minutes in the lobby after checkout.

Have stayed here before and had a good experience then.

Staff were all very friendly. The wifi was great and there was no connecting or reconnecting each day which was wonderful. Housekeeping was offered every day and that was good as well. This hotel was near the attractions we wanted to see.

We were only given one key. Also, the keys become demagnetized quickly which is not good if held close to a phone. Breakfast was good but it appears to be just reheated rather than freshly cooked.

Room was good. Breakfast was good, HOWEVER, you had to pay $3.00 for a cup of coffee with your breakfast which was absurd, coffee should come with the meal!!!!!!

Spa was very dirty looking and the pool was very cold, even though it was advertised heated pool. Then on Wednesday the spa was closed. It appeared that the hotel was going through some sort of transition as they could not provide me with receipt due to computer problem. Otherwise stay was good.

Great location.

Paid for breakfast when booked. Daughter had to attend camp and we were told that it would be 20 mins or longer before we could get order. I left bought her something to eat and went back to eat my breakfast. Waited for 20 mins and no one else there and then they were out of bacon.

The hotel was nicely renovated, clean rooms, and friendly staff.

For the price we paid, we would have liked to have breakfast provided. We were booked into a room with a connection door to the neighboring room with people who watched loud TV until 2am, so it was difficult to sleep.
