Breakfast was great. Wine & cheese social wonderful. Fireplace great.

Hot tub could have been better if jets were stronger to help achy muscles. Layout between Chetola & Timberlake was confusing like a maze. No one to help us get and take a cart to our room. And for $1150 for just 3 nights you would think the rooms would have a small fridge for drinks!

Breakfast was fabulous. Te to was very comfortable and the grounds were lovely! Esp. enjoyed the wine and cheese get together, evening treat of cookies and guest pantry ice cream!

View from our room was not good (restaurant vents) but it was a one night stay so not really an issue.

In house restaurant had excellent food especially dinner. Outside seating. Pub, heated pool, sauna, seating g areas to visit, immaculate grounds, little store w snacks, fishing shop, used the paddle bikes on the lake. Live jazz music on friday night!

Issue with dinner reservations at 7:30. Delay until almost 8. Told water spill, then drink spill and then staff behind. Meal good. DR could use a little Cole and spiffing up.

Rustic, comfortable feel. Loved the concierge closet at Timberlake Inn with free coffee, water, soft drinks and ice cream. The jetted soaking tub was great. The food and service at the restaurant were excellent!

The person who checked me in. I think she was new and forgot to give me my room keys. And didn't apologize when I had to go back to get them. Inn needs better signage directing guests to their rooms. Our room was through a door marked "Private." A simple sign by that door indicating rooms 1 thru 4 would have sufficed. Also need better signs in the elevator to designate the parking level. Noise. The neighboring room occupants were playing loud music and we had to call the front desk....it was resoved quickly. Lack of outlets. We had to unplug lamps and the bose music machine in order to plug in essential items.

Breakfast in our room was great. Staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful.

A little pricy for one or two night stay. Great place in great environment with great service!

Beautiful property! So much to do! Cozy and comfortable room and bed. Relaxing. Very quiet! Restaurant is amazing.

Decor was very outdated and the resort was dark. view from our room was of the roof and heating equipment.
