Clean and nice location. Family owned. Great people and staff. Lots of amenities for the kids and Bar and music for the adults.

They could use some kind of a small continental breakfast nothing big just something to get a bite to eat in the mourning. Coffee for the coffee maker in the room not good. I am not complaining just trying to help out the owner in the future. I am not the only one who had these small complaints. Please don't be mad at me for being honest.

I loved the location, the atmosphere, the people (guests and staff), the general amenities, the overall experience! Food was self-serve, but staff were very accommodating and trusting of guests, which was refreshing. Prices were very reasonable for food and beverages. Really enjoyed that staff called out guests by name as they walked in and out. That was impressive.

Rooms were quite comfortable, but a little dated. Adding some outlets/usb chargers in convenient places would be great - just because today's guests carry so many gadgets now. Was a little bit confused on where to go to check in - I may have missed a sign!

Easy remote check in. Cabin was SUPER clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. Quaint. On site coffee truck a big plus

Well, just about everything. The staff was amazing. The music; the craft beer selection; the amenities; the spaciousness of the main lodge area; The Coffee Tin coffee and espresso drinks & food. And...MJ and CJ!!

Only minor complaint is I think the cleaning staff could have done a better job of getting places like under/behind the bed and furniture - there were a few nasty things when you got down on the floor checking for things before leavning. Staff doesn't need to change out towels every day.

We have been staying with the pinenola Inn since the late 90's our go to when in that area only thing we would add is a place with breakfast, lunch, and Dinner

I liked everything, the only thing I didn't like was when we ordered. We ordered with a kitchen. And when we arrived, there was no kitchen.

Well one of the main reasons we like this particular cabin is the hot tub. It's great ! Plus the cabin is stocked with most everything you need. Thanks

Little bit pricey but still worth it.

small and remote but still offers plenty to do on the property. we’ve never played pickle ball and the property gave us the opportunity. lawn was well manicured. everything was just pleasant.

wasn’t super impressed with the coffee truck unfortunately. coffee flavor was too strong.
