The staff is simply Nice, and very accommodating Lance, Ji , Jordan and Joe the Manager were very helpful and worked with us to solve those little issues that some times come up. Not only they were nice and professional but they were on point on how to make things right. My family is already looking forward to return.

We stayed 2 weeks at property. It would be ideal that the booking included at least 1 full unit clean up and cha ge of linens. In any case the property found a way to work out the additional cleaning needs during our stay. Thank you!

The ‘village’ is well kept and tidy, with fresh paint on all the buildings and newly planted landscaping. We enjoyed all the activities- fishing in the pond, pool/hot tub, mini golf, fire pit, etc. Our unit was comfortable and clean, and the bathrooms and kitchen were well-stocked. The practical and thoughtful details - screens on the sliding doors, extra towels and washcloths, bedroom fans, bedside charging stations, kitchen items like a mini salt/pepper and coffee to brew, hooks where you need them, etc - exceeded our expectations.

Turning left out of the entrance requires patience and a willingness to just gun it. Too bad there’s no light or round-about!

Location was excellent to Ski Sugar and close to Banner Elk for restaurants and sight-seeing. Check-in staff was wonderful - efficient and accommodating. Accommodations were great, ample space for our party, lovely and well-appointed kitchen (dishwasher has seen better days tho but still working). Loved the balconies. Loved the jacuzzi amenity. Loved that we could do laundry. There is construction still going on but it was not noisy nor was it obstructive.

Master bath was awkwardly configured...Humongous jacuzzi dominated it with a really tight shower wedged at the end (banged my elbow a couple of times). BUT functional.

The one bedroom suite we had was beautiful! It was roomy and had lots of amenities, such as full kitchen, gas fireplace, jetted tub. It was very clean. There was a lot of traffic noise outside but inside was insulated from most sound. We found it to be cozy and quiet. The property also offers many amenities at no extra charge, such as fishing in the pond, paddle boats or kayaks, mini golf, tennis, basketball, and a fire pit. A very nice place to stay.

The only thing we didn't like was being able to hear the people above us walking around. It was quite loud. I also found the bed to be uncomfortable.

After i booked i read the comments not so good.low water pressure little hot water road noise not clean slak service and others. However i am 66 years old retired contractor nationwide stayed in more hotels than stayed at home. This place is the bomb!!! Clean very comfortable push button fire place. Beautiful kitchen view staff gets a 10 from me.close to evert thing.but yet tucked in .had a hard time finding. I really don't know how they give you so much amenities for the price. We booked for 2 nights liked it so much we stayed another night. We like to chase snow when we can .it didn't disappoint 15 inches one of our best stays ever. Maybe book a renovated room. Our stay was great thanks guys

There was nothing we didn't like we will book with blue green every time we Chace snow in the future

Our unit was very comfortable, clean and perfect amount of space for us. Furniture was well maintained. We really liked relaxing in our unit after a day of fly fishing. There was lots to do if you wanted to, and the staff were pleasant and prompt to answer any questions.

They were working on redoing the reception and recreation building so the hot tub and pool weren’t available, but that was fine.

Beautiful facility in a gorgeous setting! I’d planned a family gathering and the property management graciously provided us 4 different units close in proximity as I requested. The property offered entertainment for the kids and a relaxing atmosphere for the adults. The staff was great and friendly and offered any help we might be in need of.

We loved our stay albeit too brief.

I liked the quick response to issues with the site. I was happy that I was able to move from the "construction site" location to another unit where the gas logs were operational.

Was disappointed that the row of apartments was in a very unpleasant location - noisy, big construction equipment beeped and roared from 7am and was the main focus from the main windows/doors. This was probably about 100 ft. from the unit. The operators of the trucks also managed to keep the "backup beeper" on constantly, so there was a 1/2 hour or so of that @ 7am. On top of that, construction materials and workers was also the main view from the front door! Lumber and other materials made parking an obstacle course. I was surprised this location was rented out under those conditions.

It was very comfortable, clean, felt safe, cozy 1 bedroom apartment style rental, full kitchen equipment and utensils, washer/ dryer, enjoyable grounds lots of space for walking, bbq’s, yard games, mini golf, large pond. Grocery store walking distance away. Restaurants close by. Friendly staff.

The house was wonderful, spacious, with all the amenities. 5 minutes from Sugar Mountain and 20 minutes from Beech Mountain. We were with a child and felt at home. The only inconvenience is a fixed shower head, it is not convenient to wash a child. But this is a feature of almost all American hotels. There is a grocery store nearby.
