Our bed on my husband’s side; everytime he sat down on it, it sounded like it was going to break or something- don’t know if it were the springs in bed or not - this was our only issue

convenient location and facilities and breakfast were great

The breakfast, location, and staff were excellent. I appreciated the amenities in the room and the thoughtful provision of soaps and even mouthwash. The bed was comfortable, the black-out curtains really worked (got excellent sleep), and the views were amazing.

I would have hoped for a bit of a cleaner place. Although the hotel is quite new, one sees dirt starting to creep in around the edges, like the dusty shelf in the bathroom and the dust on the furniture. There was also stains left behind in the refrigerator that let me know they are not cleaned or inspected between each visit. I also found a candybar (Payday) wrapper in the comforter and even a peanut! And there were wrappers left behind the chair too.

Hotel staff were very efficient and very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and inviting and the breakfast area wonderful and spotless. Happy there was coffee, etc., available at all hours.

Bathroom was clean and neat but shower door needs replaced and toilet needs secured to floor. Moves, a lot.

double queen rooms are average in size breakfast could have some more options to it doors for the bathroom and closet would not close

I had to ask each day for something they had run out of on the breakfast bar ; I will add the young man was very happy to cook additional items or fill the coffee carafe. Location is convenient, bed was very comfortable and room was quiet.

The cost had gone up from the last year when we stayed there.

Very clean and staff friendly.

The only downside was that the breakfast was delayed (not replenished). We waited 15 minutes and decided to go ahead and leave since we didn't know how much later the breakfast would be ready. No biggy.

The hotel staff from breakfast to housekeeping were all exceptional, friendly, helpful. Hotel is on top of mountain and looks out over other mountain tops so pretty. Hotel is so clean. Free coffee and for me that is a biggy, it is fresh all the time morning, noon and night.

The pool not being operational is not a good thing, families with children need somehow to occupy their kids, Pool area is lovely with windows to see out to mountains and you can't even use the facilities a real disadvantage.

We loved the room, it was big, clean and very spacious.

We were upset that the pool was not usable, hopefully next time we stay it'll be up and running.

When we arrived at night, right before bed, it was very inviting having cookies waiting for us in the lobby after all the driving we did that day. It made my my children happy.
