Robyn helped us with a small issue with the temp in our room. She was very friendly & helpful. She deserves a reward for her. enjoyed the motel setup & breakfast. The beds was very comfortable.

It was hard to find the motelwith Google Maps directions, we kept getting close to the road but had to stop at the visitor center in Smithfield to get exact location of the motel. The sign on the road to turn into the parking lot showed the name as Sparks, even though the building name was NuHilton. After having issues with finding the hotel, it was confusing.

This was the first time we had stayed in Tru and it was recently renovated. It was clean, comfortable, but smaller than a typical Hilton Hotel room. There wasn't a bathtub, but there was a large shower. Squeeze bottles for soap, shampoo, and conditioner made it extraordinary. Great place for a good night's sleep. A full hot/cold breakfast was available and delicious. A swimming pool and gym was available.

Not many local places to get dinner. The local steak house wasn't the best.

I enjoyed the ambiance as well as the location of the establishment. Overall 10/10 in regards to the stay and the hospitality as well. I appreciated the warm, welcoming atmosphere accompanied by the wholesome staff.

The only situation that arrived was swiftly handled and ultimately outweighed the small happenstance that preceded said disrupstance. All in all I'd stay here again and again we loved it!

Property was immaculate inside and out. Staff was super welcoming, helpful and courteous. They’re pet friendly and have a nice pet area in the back of the hotel.

Pillows. The pillows were in my opinion the absolute worst part. If you’re picky with pillows I suggest bring your own. ( I went to Walmart and bought my own. Have zero complaints other than that.

The whole hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice.

Only thing I didn't like is that we had our little dog with us, so we were put in a pet friendly room. The comforter smelled like wet dog, like it wasn't washed before our stay.

The room was very clean. The breakfast in the morning is great.

Amy took forever to come to the desk to check us in, there was another family waiting behind us. She did not smile, was not friendly. Our room was warm even though we set it to cool, it was hard for me to sleep.

Staff was friendly and facilities were good. Along with this the breakfast was very good the morning of our check-out. Also, we had a very easy check out and that was good as well.

When we first arrived and were assigned our room there was a mix up and the staff assigned a room already occupied. The issue was however resolved quickly and we were assigned a different room.

Clean comfortable and reasonably priced

When I tried to book online it showed a $75 service fee on top of the rate and taxes. So I booked on booking.com. Unfortunately, when I got to the hotel, they did not have the booking in the system! The front dear clerk was very helpful and after about an hour back and forth with booking I was able to cancel and book direct at an even better rate! Thx

Wonderful staff. Clean hotel. I am immunocompromised and seeing the upkeep and constant cleaning set my mind at ease. We stayed here last minute to get some rest on a drive to SC and it was perfect. My children enjoyed the pool table for hours, and we got to sit and rest!

Loved everything about our stay. I actually was booked at another hotel in the area but was very disappointed. Luckily, I was able to book this hotel on a whim, and I got the room I asked for, handicap accessible, and at a cheaper price! Best night's sleep ever. We took advantage of the free breakfast and workout room. The staff were more than pleasant. One member came running over to my car before we were leaving and shook my husband's hand and told us to have a safe trip home.

We were pleased with everything.
