The location to the freeway was convenient. The road noise was loud in some rooms. A nice park within walking distance. No real shopping available & on car dealer row. I appreciated disposable, cellophane wrapped cups in the room. Lamp plugs/USB; microwave/frig was convenient. Wall mounted soap, shampoo, conditioner was convenient. Cleanliness was fine. Our bar/restaurant server was pleasant and aimed to please.

Hot water in the shower was problematic. Lamp light bulb was burned out. Only 1 small garbage can in the room. Our original receptionist was not the friendliest. I also didn’t like the $35 early check-in fee. We waited.

The rooms were clean and spacious. We had a king with a balcony. The only thing I could complain about was the lack of outdoor seating for the deck. This was our second stay here in two years and we noticed that our room seemed to have been updated which was nice. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large. The included breakfast was also a nice touch and pretty good. We will stay there again.

I loved the courtyard with pond and fountain, spent time in the gazebo enjoying it. Also liked to ópen the slider in my room overlooking the pond to let in the sound of flowing water. The room was bright, clean, and well appointed.

The first night my room was one that overlooked the parking area and road which I found disappointing. The next morning I asked for a room overlooking the pond and courtyard and they found one right away. It was a much more relaxing vibe.

Breakfast should have had more fruit and yogurt. Empty coffee pot at 7:30! Broken toaster. Also, the check-in was a nightmare. I was in line for over an hour. But the staff were super nice and kept their cool under pressure. (There was a huge baseball team and their families checking in, I think.)

The room was mostly comfortable. The breakfast was the best we have ever had at any hotel we have stayed at. Your staff were very friendly and professional.

The bed was not as comfortable as it looked on your advertisement, but we survived it . The property was difficult for us to get around with all the stairs and the first time we left our room to get dinner we got lost because there were no signs pointing to the lobby, which meant we climbed even more stairs than necessary. We both have limited mobility, and this property is really not equipped to handle that, and it was not just the stairs. Walking around to get to anything was out of the question with all the inclines of the paths. Anytime we wanted to get to the lobby area, we actually had to drive around the facility to get there.

We picked this location because it was close to Providence St. Vincent hospital. Needed a few hours sleep while dealing with a death in the family. Staff was extremely accommodating and empathetic. Room was clean and convenient.

Love location, close to my daughter's home. Very quiet and staff always welcoming. Great breakfast. Always feel safe there.

Need elevators for seniors. Long walk up hill to meet Uber.

This was our 3rd time staying there. When we travel into town for appointments the location is perfect. The pet friendly rooms all have balconies and a view of the pond, fountain and gazebo. The breakfast is fresh and seating is available both inside and outside.

The beds were comfortable and the room was very nice. I loved the water pressure in the shower! The staff was friendly and kind. We also had a wonderful breakfast before we left. There were many options to choose from!

The shower curtain could have been longer or a better quality. The floor seemed to get very wet when we showered and water got everywhere.

Good staying close to all Portland attractions but out of the not nice downtown. Good breakfast. Laundry service, parking and all

Our room wasn’t taken care for two days, although we asked and reminded this after one day, it wasn’t handled. But other than that it’s a very good hotel
