The front desk person was super helpful when we had trouble logging on to the Wifi, and when the refrigerator was squealing - she upgraded us to a different room, which solved both problems! The bed was super comfortable, and the room was clean. Breakfast was very good, convenient and very much appreciated - loved the pancake maker!

Not sure what the problem was with the location of our first room, but we originally couldn't log on to Wifi at all from the room, and afterward reception was spotty. Also, the refrigerator in our room was making a really irritating and constant screeching sound - but the problem was quickly resolved.

The food was more than ample and of good quality & variety. The room was bright and of more than sufficient size. The staff was very attentive maintaining the equipment and assuring ample food and sufficient variety. We were even asked if we had everything we needed. The toiletries provided in the room were of excellent quality and in more than ample quantities. The condition of the building was excellent.

We both had a concern regarding the location at the top of a steep hill. This had no affect on us but we would probably avoid this hotel in a Winter storm.

Peggy, the breakfast coordinator, was excellent. I had to wait for other family members and stayed in the breakfast area for several hours. I observed Peggy checking in on all the guests to ensure they had whatever they needed to enjoy their meal. When she wasn't doing that, she was cleaning. Everything was fresh, delicious, and clean. It was so refreshing to see someone with a great work ethic!!

I didn't like that my stay was only for one night.

The Breakfast was great! Had alittle something for everyone. Biscuits and gravy were a real winner with our family. My family enjoyed the pool and loved that it didn't close till late, after being in the car all day it was a great way to get our energy out so we could sleep well. And boy did we!

Ice machine only of first level, but that wasn't a big deal really.

The hotel was nice and clean. Nice interiors. The rooms were spacious. Comfortable beds. The room had a microwave and a mini-fridge. There was a table for working and eating dinner/lunch. Breakfast was good. Had eggs, waffles, yogurt, various breads, and cinnamon rolls. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was exceptional. Variety of hot selections was great and the warm cinnamon rolls a real treat. The hotel looked new and we were so surprised when I asked how long it had been opened - 10 years!

There was nothing that we didn’t like! We would drive out of our way to stay here again. From the welcome when we arrived to the printed receipt under our door in the morning. We loved it!

Hannah and Machelle at the front desk on second shift was a "Dream Team". Thier professional attitude towards all of my needs was right on point. From towels, places in the area to eat and their attention to cleanliness of the hotel was perfect. If there was no one at the desk checking in or out, they were wiping down counters or lamps but always something Trisha on first shift was the example of what you want for the face of the hotel. Her whole demeanor was professionalism. She is a huge asset to you and to your guests. You to be quite frank, during our other stays at this hotel I loved the morning front desk manager. Her name escapes me right now but we really missed her this trip. That being said the new manager, Dorian was exceptional. Anything we asked of her or needed she was right there with the answer. Great dealing with a staff that knows their stuff and their surroundings

The location is quite convenient. The staff are friendly and courteous. The hot breakfast is great: lots of choices and starts at 6:00 AM.

There was a power failure when I arrived. This was out of the staff’s control. I was able to check in and was given the choice not to stay. I stayed. The power was back on about 1 hour later. It was inconvenient with no elevator but I always travel with a flashlight.

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was up to date and clean. The breakfast had plenty of tasty options.

This hotel is quiet, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, and great breakfast. The lady who checked me in was exceptionally friendly too!!

The room smelled a bit musty at first, but after running the fan in the room for a bit it was better.
