The room was spacious, offering all the amenities we wanted. Plenty of room for a family. The TV was good, the bed comfortable and down pillows, as requested.

The windows did not open so we could not air out the leftover food smell from a previous guest. The parking was down the street - a bit of a walk.

The staff was genuinely kind, the location was perfect for getting around, and the breakfast was really good as will. In the end I was very happy as well as comfortable with my stay. Honestly, I can't wait to come back. Thank you 😊

Not being able to get points for my stay is the only thing that was disappointing. I didn't know if you book through a third-party that you don't get points added to your stay. I'll keep that in mind for next time

I really liked our room. The bed was super comfortable, the room layout was very large. I could invite guests to spend time and be ok with it. The kitchen was perfect with everything I needed. I like the sliding door for the bathroom.

I didn't like the breakfast options. A waffle station would have been fun, or precooked waffles and/or pancakes . Drink options I can walk away with. The oatmeal was different every day (sometimes nice, others its runny). Thermostat was not digital so tough to set exact temperature.

The staff was very attentive. We had several requests over the four days we were there, and they immediately responded to each one. The room was beautiful and quiet.

The breakfast situation was not good. We did not include breakfast with our room, which was a good thing. Eating breakfast there was not worth the money, but there is a Corner Bakery & Panera Bread within half a mile. PARKING is a challenge at this Hilton. We did not have a car, so it didn't affect us, but there was very little parking for those people with a car.

We found our room to be spacious, exceptionally well equipped and excellent value. Our 11th floor views were great day and night. Laundry was efficient. Desk staff were very helpful. It was a surprise to have complimentary drinks and a light buffet on Wednesday night, most unexpected. I would recommend it and I would return if in Philadelphia again.

There was nothing I did like.

Marquita (at the front desk)was excellent and the location was great close to stores and food, suite was nice bed was comfortable

I did not like parking but thank god we did find street parking, Also I did not like the breakfast wish it could’ve been a variety of food (hot) and I do wish our room had a thorough cleaning before checking in

Breakfast was wonderful, the selections were plentiful. The area was clean and the staff was very friendly. Really appreciate the welcoming of pets, that made our stay very relaxing, enjoyable and worry free.

The pool access was difficult to locate. The pool is shared with the Hilton but if you find yourself on the Hilton property to use a restroom, the Homewood Suites key card does not allow access back into the pool which makes it challenging to figure out how to get back. The pool is very small, especially being a shared pool and there are no restroom accommodations in the pool area which is an unsanitary situation if you know what I mean. There are no restaurants on the property and the dining area in the Hilton was not open, if it was, most likely not very economical especially with a family.

My phone didn’t work my remote didn’t work and the blinds wouldn’t close cause they were off track went down to front desk the woman was super helpful and polite got it done by contacting Maintenance guy asap he came n fix everything in short period of time

This spot is in a great location with many stores and food around. Room was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was surprisingly big with lots of options.

The parking situation is difficult to find if you not trying to pay for parking.

Let me tell you all about how good my experience was staying at this hotel ☺️ Not only was I a visitor from Chicago, but upon checking in, Tony (I believe was the hotel’s manager) accommodated me by allowing a late check in (2am to be exact) after my flight was delayed from leaving Chicago. Not only did she place a hold on the room so that it wouldn’t be sold, but she was so graceful and nice to talk to following checkout that morning. I would highly recommend visiting this hotel and working with Tony. The staff is very friendly, the rooms were very clean and spacious, and overall customer service was a 10/10. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to all my Chicago friends and family. Thanks again Tony!! This property was beyond my expectations! Great location, a view of the lake right outside your window, clean, updated, all facilities in tact and working, and THE STAFF (every staff member was more than helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us).

What’s not to like? I’ve stayed in hotels and Airbnb’s around the world and I give this one my highest recommendation.
