The location was great the room was pretty clean except for the floor it needed to be mopped.

my room didn't have a refrigerator in it. The floor wasn't cleaned it would leave your feet black walking across it.and one of the staff members was a little rude to my daughter when she ask him what time the pool would be open he said there's a sign out there that will tell you then she asked him what time it was and he said there's a sign out there that will tell you instead of giving her what time it was now.

The beds were very comfortable. Our housekeeper kept up with our daily cleanings. The property is located right on the beach. The bar and grill Toasted Turtle! Was great. The service was great. I wished I remembered the bartenders name but he was absolutely fun . The food, the chicken wings and hamburgers , delicious. The game room was fun! My daughter enjoyed it. For the price , it was a good stay. Front desk staff was friendly and gave good advice on certain locations to travel to.

Well, we arrived 30 minutes prior to check in , and the front desk clerk said our room was ready but we had to pay 50 dollars to check in 30 minutes early. I travel ALOT and never in my life ; I felt that was bad customer service on the resort. The property is not located near any stores or restaurants, luckily they have the bar and grill. The “warm/indoor” pool was not warm at all. I wished there was more seating in the indoor bc it got a little crowded. Not all of the elevators worked, but it wasn’t a bad wait time. There’s no blankets. I had to take the “blanket” off the other bed so me and my daughter could stay warm. Some of the games in the game room took our money and they didn’t work. But to counter this, they did have maintenance come and give us our money back.

Very nice people , reviews we read before our trip was nothing like what we experienced when we got there , it was a very nice room and tho you had to go down an elevator to the lobby just to go to another elevator to go up to your car an then the same process again an again every time you want to leave somewhere because where the location is your basically having to drive everywhere you go but other than that the stay was absolutely amazing and definitely worth the money , paid 738 for 6 nights in Myrtle an although I had to leave early it’s definitely somewhere I’ll book again for a quick trip

I was a little nervous about our stay based on the reviews. however, the stay was nice! the location and view is beyond wonderful.. on the beach.. our Ocean side room view was amazing. We had an issue with our AC breaking down and the facilities staff had a new system in place and working in 90 minutes. and this was done at 7pm at night on a busy holiday weekend. I cannot speak enough about how nice the staff were and how helpful they were.. always a nice work or a friendly hello.

it's not so much that I didn't like but the hotel is an older hotel that could deal with a little face lift. but given that, the room was clean the showers new and nice, a little kitchenette.

I love this location it's not super crowded and more relaxed. The restaurant has delicious food. the rooms had comfortable beds and is very spacious. super easy access to the beach.

The lobby restrooms could use some updates and repairs. the game room had old snacks and candy in the machines. The couch beds could be updated was not comfortable to sleep on. the oven in our room unfortunately was not working and it was hard finding gluten free options for my daughter who has celiac disease because we couldn't make her much there. I still love the hotel though and will come back hopefully next summer. we hadn't been in about 10 years and this was our 3rd time there.

The reviews online really Don’t match up to the place. I won’t lie we were hesitant, but we loved the place! We ended up needing to add to extra nights to our visit and they were nothing but accommodating. Our original room was a “ cheaper room” and so we paid for the new room for 2 nights and they upgraded our original room for free. We were on the 15th floor with a beautiful ocean view. A lot of comments about the floors being wet or sandy… yeah your by the beach! And there is 2 pools.. what do people expect on a resort 5 steps from the beach. Any time we were in the halls or lobby , SOMEONE was cleaning. Whether it was mopping or vacuuming. So they do try to keep up with the mess people leave when they’re in and out. Nick the manager is very friendly ( again another thing the reviews were wrong about ) the room itself was clean and anytime we needed a quick sweep or garbages emptied they’d send someone in to straighten up. Honestly for the price, and the view, you can’t beat it. People were pissed about parking fees and the $150 damage hold they put on your card , they do that ANYWHERE. when you travel enough you because prepared for these things and when they DONT Happen , THATS the plus. Even the little restaurant in front is good pricing and good food! We were surprised to be honest. Everyone we met who worked there was extremely pleasant and honestly we’d go back for another visit!

We didn’t have many complaints . The beds are on the firmer side and the rooms can use a bit more lighting but with beach front view you can keep your curtain open if your in your room during the day.

Great location right on the beach. Even the side views of the ocean were great! The rooms were well kept and up to date. Excellent water pressure in the shower. We stayed in a double queen room suite with a full size fridge and small kitchenette area. We had plenty of room. Plan to stay here again whenever we visit Myrtle Beach again. Staff was very friendly and moved us up a few floors at check in to give us a better view of the ocean. We were even able to see fireworks off in the distance at Barefoot Landing. It’s very close to the airport, so our toddler loved watching the big planes take off and land. It is further south from the main Boardwalk area, so it is much quieter and far less congested.

We had very few complaints. At no fault to the resort, guests would smoke and it would drift up to our balcony, so we didn’t sit out there too often. The wall outlets were loose, so sometimes our chargers would fall out. Other than that, it was a great place today.

This was our second time staying here. Staff was great and worked well for how busy it was and a few complainers being difficult which wasn't necessary. Loved the shower hot water was great the small renovations were nice. Hotel elevators still a little dated and need to be redone

Didnt like the balcony we had couldn't sit and relax watching the beach. If you sit towards the opening everyone above could look down at you. Parking garage needs better entrance and exit
