The hotel itself was great. Very clean, comfortable room with great beds. The price was pretty good. I didn't really have a problem with the property.

The Direct TV remote did not work, we couldn't watch TV. The location is HORRENDOUS! 18 wheelers, like loud cars, cops, etc ALL DAY AND NIGHT. You'd have to have earplugs to stay here. I could not sleep. Also every time we left the hotel to go out it ALWAYS smelled like weed when we returned , it smelled VERY STRONGLY. I'm glad I brought my Bath & Body Works room spray. Otherwise we couldn't stay there.

We arrived after midnight but were welcomed cheerfully by the girl at the desk. The room was clean and warm when we arrived. Breakfast was good and the lady working the breakfast made it special. She was accommodating and sweet, cheerful for the early hour. I had questions about locating a pharmacy and the front desk was helpful.

The area was not so safe but the gated property made us feel safe

Close to Gracelands as this was our main purpose of staying here. Felt safe with secured access and gated carparking.

I guess the area was more in an industrial area but once in your room it really didn't matter. I was initially concerned it would be noisy as trucking company across the street but this was not the case .

The other hotels around give away the rooms I book before I get there. This is now my go to place to stay when I come to Memphis. It’s always clean and ready for me to sleep. The staff have always been friendly.

Honesty of the staff. I forgot my wallet, found out after hours and it was just at the reception. I really appreciate the honesty of the staff. Futher this hotel is fine. I stayed there many times.

Lovely welcome from Liz, and a large clean room with an excellent bed with lovely soft sheets. Breakfast was good

The location isn't great, but tbh it's an airport hotel, so you can't expect rolling hills and quiet!

Decent location. night person was really friendly. checked us in pretty quick.

not sure if there wasn’t an elevator or just wasn’t working. had to climb stairs with our luggage. not really a bad thing but after a long flight and getting there at 1 in the morning, would have been nice to go up in an elevator. our shower faucet leaked at night. could hear it and the bathroom door was super hard to close/open.

They had gated parking that made a person feel safe. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was hot & plentiful. Really close to Graceland.

The property was great, but the road conditions were pretty bad in Memphis. Terrible traffic & potholes everywhere

The staff was wonderful very nice &helpful. The room was excellent very clean

There wasn't anything near the property to do. The closest things was a burger king & a gas station with a chicken place in it
