It’s beautiful and feels so homey.

The employees at check in are not always available. Someone should always be up front to help the customers out. it’s the same at the information table and when your checking in your car at the valet or coming back. Also, there is mildew starting in the shower and the bathroom did not look like it was vacuumed. the muck is piling up agains the back floor walls as well. The comforters on the bed look like they need to be replaced because they looked really bumpy. The feathers are going to one side of the squares. Over looking all of that, I did have a wonderful stay. Everyone was very pleasant, especially the girls at the check in, which is truly appreciated.

Everything, the nightly music and movie, awesome! The restaurant was fabulous! Just a beautiful resort and not overly priced!

Location, exceptional hotel. Spotless with good facilities. Close to Gracelands.

On the last night, we ate in Deltas kitchen restaurant. The food was excellent, but whilst still eating our main meal, the server lady asked if we wanted desserts. we said not at this time, but a few minutes later, she bought the bill while we were still eating. we felt this was inappropriate, so we left on informing the food and beverage manager he was dismissive and said it didn't mean we had to leave because she bought the bill, which again made us feel uncomfortable. All the other staff were excellent and couldn't do enough to make your stay again a memorable one.

This hotel is absolutely magnificent. The giant entrance hall is gorgeous and welcoming everyone into Elvis’ world. The rooms are beautiful and the beds extremely comfortable. I love when turning on the tv, it has a unique feature with three different background options of Elvis music from the 50s, 60s and 70s. There are also channels with Elvis shows and live feed from Graceland. The gift shop has some very unique quality merchandise that I have not seen in other Elvis gift shops. I also loved the grand staircase that is a replica of the staircase at Graceland for great photo ops. The hotel has live music and a movie theater with scheduled Elvis movies. There are free shuttle buses taking guests to the Graceland Welcome Center across the street for the Graceland tour and exhibition halls. Overall, this hotel is a 10 out of 10. I definitely recommend staying here.

The two restaurants are geared towards the masses. It is definitely quantity over quality. I was so looking forward to eating there, but unfortunately was not that impressed with the quality and presentation of the food.

We flew from Panama City Florida to go to Graceland. We had a stop in Atlanta. Our flight was delayed 6 times and then cancelled at 2 am. We had waited 7 hours. We rented a car and drove 7 hours to Memphis. We got to the Guesthouse at 7:30 am. Our tour was to start at 9:45 but we were exhausted. Jazz at the check in got our information and worked with Graceland to get us a later tour time. She was so kind, professional, and went the extra mile. We at dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Both were wonderful! Best waffle I ever had. Our waiter and waitress, were top-notch. They were very personable and provided us with the best experience. We travel a lot and this was truly one of the best experiences we have ever had at a hotel, if not the best.

There was nothing to dislike about the Guesthouse.

It is a lovely property, decor fitting for a king. Our room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The proximity to Graceland is very convenient.

Dining closed Saturday and Sundays for dinner, we found highly unusual for this high rated hotel, especially as the location does not give you other options. The Bar and Grill option was extremely busy on these nights and offers only certain cuisine, as the name suggests. The staff were always polite, however, not very informative. For example, the Mother's Day brunch had a seating for 5-7pm. advertised on the website, but on asking two separate times and to different staff, they did not know about it or would try to investigate so they could sell me the required tickets. We were told to turn up and see if there was availability.

Very nice hotel and almost perfect apart from a couple of points. The room i had was great, nice and big and great shower. The aircon was very good but i turned it off as it was too cold even though it was boiling outside. Most hotels i go to the aircon is usually poor but not here!. The lobby and bar areas are really nice and the aircon was really good here too. The live music in the evening in the bar area was excellent. The pool is especially lovely and one of the best i have been to. I had an issue with the safe in my room but they sent someone to fix it within ten minutes which was impressive. There is a shuttle to graceland but its literally a five minute walk across the road so i didn't use it. The area is a bit iffy but i had no issues. So hotel itself all good but was let down by the following- security deposit is 50 dollars a night - ludicrous in my opinion - if you stay more than a few nights the hold on your card will be huge and they said its 3 to 5 days before its returned! Why? I used the Hilton recently and got deposit there back same day i left. Also first night in grill bar restaurant no probs all good, but second night i got asked for id to order a beer (im 61!) and the waiter gave me the check/bill whilst i was still eating my dinner!! Bizarre. Also on day i was leaving checkout is at 11am but maid supervisor knocked on door at 8.30am to do a "room check"? not sure why? And knocked again at 10.30!! Why not wait till 11am and leave me in peace!?. Minor points and didn't spoil my stay in what is a really nice hotel - was just a bit odd compared to everywhere else ive ever stayed.

Security deposit - 50 dollars a night is ridiculous.

Everyone was so friendly with genuine warmth and kindness. Corrin drove the shuttle bus from the hotel to the welcome center, she is absolutely wonderful! She sang to everyone who was celebrating birthdays and anniversaries and then we had an awesome sing along with Elvis. From the moment we pulled up to the security gate until we drove off to head home, we were treated like family...better than family. I am already planning on going again! If you're going to eat there(Tues - Sat) eat at Delta's....Melanie is hands down the best waitress! The breakfast buffet 7 days a week, was amazing and the service was extraordinary - Melanie was so intuitive she knew what we needed before we did lol! Love the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and chocolate milk at 9pm service. We watched an Elvis movie in the theater and then had a snack - totally awesome! I am so amazed at the kindness of the staff. I cant say enough good things about them all!! If every hotel had this level of staff...they would be sold out every night!!

The food at EP's wasn't that great. Definitely need less pretentious menu items and more southern style comfort foods. I wanted to experience what Elvis would have had to eat...not some hoity-toity menu item with his name slapped on it.

We should've been informed to keep our room key/card as we would need it to exit the property on the day we checked out. But we left the room keys/cards in our room since I self-checked us out. The Valet that got our car and helped load our luggage should have asked us if we still were in possession of our room key/card, which we weren't. We tried to exit at the 2 different spots, and the arm wouldn't go up so we had to back out to turn around. Thankfully, no one was behind us and we could back up. Had to return to the valet, and he went into the hotel to get us a room key/card so we could exit. That frustrating event was easily avoidable with good communication.

The omelette and waffles were amazing. We loved the guitar shape in the waffle and special maple syrup. There was a wide choice of food to pick from. Our meals at the EPs was fantastic and the Presley burger was the best. Loved the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and the live music. The iced water was a nice touch and set us up for each day.

We took the breakfast on our first morning but service was slow and we had to wait a long time for omelette and waffles. There was just one poor person trying to do everything. Service at the table was poor. We had to keep asking for anything and everything! We asked for several items to be refilled eg yoghurt and this just didn’t happen so we gave up! Luckily we were not in a rush that day but we chose not to eat breakfast at the hotel for our last two days as a result.
