Checkin was relatively easy. The exterior of the building was decent enough. The front desk clerk that checked us in was okay, but was rather short and impatient with an elderly, wheelchair bound veteran who was having difficulties following her instructions. My husband assisted him when she failed to do so or offered to find him help upon his request with taking some of his belongings to his room. Very disheartening way to treat a veteran. :( Our room was nice. Everything seemed to be updated. The floors were wood laminated, the bathroom was clean. There was sufficient towels. The bed was comfy and there was ample pillows. Check out was easy and the front desk clerk was pleasent.

As I notated in the above aforementioned, the front desk clerk who checked us in was not very nice to the disabled vetran who was trying to check in.

Conveniently located near everything we needed to have access to. The room & property were clean. Accommodations were comfortable (beds are a little firm). The staff was polite.

This is NOT a reflection of the hotel or staff, it's just a circumstance of the area. The CONSTANT flight path of planes made sleeping (for me) very difficult. I literally counted a plane about every 20 seconds from 3:00 am until the sun rose. BRING EARPLUGS or noise canceling machine if you're a light sleeper!!

It was close to where I had to go for work, and just about every type of restaurant was nearby. I did not go but there was a movie theater close by also. The property was about 15-20 minutes from Memphis.

Just personal, I would like to see a hot breakfast to go along with the pancakes.

Was fine for what we needed with Parking for the car. Place was clean enough and good that breakfast was included although it was simple.

Although it was clean, the room smelt very heavily of cleaning products that made us feel nauseous every time we walked into the room. Surely can’t be good breathing in those fumes over night.

The location was very convenient for our travel plans. While headed to NOLA, we made an overnight stay here. In our return trip we decided since it was a great value & the location was good why not do it again.

The breakfast wasn’t much to rave about. There are no meat options….not everyone is vegetarian or vegan.

Very clean and calm. Polite, friendly personnel. Large room, clean and quiet (can't hear road). Breakfast is more than enough: yogurt, bread, packed muffins, pancakes, apples, cream cheese. Would definitely come back.

AC and bathroom fan were a bit loud. Coffee wasn't good, but decent coffee is hard to find (just a general complaint - not about the hotel itself).

Great hotel and great location. Very clean and the guy at the front desk was nice.

Only bad thing was the breakfast. No breakfast meat. There were pancakes, but they weren't cooked all the way. The apples were old, and the orange juice tasted expired. It's best to just go down the street to golden corral for breakfast. I knew something was off when no one was eating breakfast. If you're okay with paying to eat breakfast somewhere else, it's a good hotel to stay at.

If you somewhere that is quiet , clean ,and a comfortable bed , Days inn & suites is one of the places is worth staying in ,. Smell so good when you enter there building ,, I love the location

The only thing I didn’t like was they don’t server meat for breakfast but you still have variety of options

Each year for Elvis Week we usually stay at this facility or one other property. It just depends upon availability. Nice clean rooms, very friendly staff. Easy access to other things.

Continental breakfast was usually yogurt, muffins etc. Hot breakfast would be nice.

The grounds were clean upon arrival. The hotel staff was friendly and even allowed me to check in 1-hour before check in. The maids were attentive; the hotel smelled great throughout and inside the rooms. This is my go to when visiting Memphis/Southaven/Olive Branch Are!!
