The room was nice with decent water pressure in the shower. The bed made noise every time you moved but it was comfortable. Breakfast had several options. We did feel safer here than where we initially thought we might stay. Horn Lake is a convenient drive to Memphis so it was worth the few extra miles to feel safer.

I'm not a fan of stairs, so having to carry things up and down wasn't convenient. I also would've liked to have the option of water bottles in the vending machines or have them available for purchase from the desk.

The breakfast was ok. From the photo on the site it looked like there were more options. But it was ok. The front desk was very nice. Thank you for accommodating our dogs. I did not see the email that 1 dog was the limit until later in the day when we were already in route. So thank you for making the exception. I like that the hotel was located by so many shopping areas incase we needed anything. The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING! Our room was quiet. We did not hear any neighbors. The only thing we would here is a plane once in a while.

The area where the toilet and bathtub are together is small (5'X5') and the toilets are standard height not ADA height. The rooms are a little smaller than what is perceived on line (rooms are maybe 10'x 12' with 2 full size beds). The mini frig was not cold. I was on the coldest setting and it kept refrigerated items "cool".

Quick easy check in. Lots of parking. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Love the blackout curtains. Bed was very comfy with lots of pillows.

The sound carries easily through the rooms. Thankfully it was rather quiet as the hotel is set back a bit from the road and intersections.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The staff top tier. I stayed for two nights in a handicapped equipped room. They are currently remodeling the property , so breakfast is provided to go. If you need anything, just call the office, and the staff is eager to please. Once I was checked in, " Jerry," the evening attendee called the room to make sure I was happy and comfortable . Now, if this isn't fantastic customer service!!! 💯💯 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION !!! THANK YOU, to the wonderful STAFF who made my stay PERFECT!!.. DECIDED 10 STARS

The only complaint I have is the negative comments about this location. Now, I can't speak for the past, BUT the negative opinions and comments are definitely not true for the PRESENT 3/20/23.

This was not an upscale hotel, but it was a very decent hotel. We have stayed at this property several times. The staff has always been very nice & accommodating. The room was clean & outside of the property was clean as well. The only downfall was the bed coverings. It only had a sheet to cover up with. So, bring your own blanket. I'm sure hotels stopped using blankets/bedspreads after COVID. Overall, as always, it was an excellent stay.

It’s located close to many restaurants, gas stations and stores. It’s also at a peaceful location.

I didn’t like that the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The tub still has dirt in the bottom of it. The sheets had stains and a cigarette hole in it.

Requests when booking was not satisfied when arrived even though they stated when confirming booking that the requests are going to be satisfied. Bed was not comfortable, you can feel springs in mattress when on it, but for one night, it was doable.

My television went out, probably because of the weather, but when things like thus happen a generator would be of good use to keep customers satisfied and comfortable.

I love that it was away from Memphis but close enough to it I could get back and forth easily. I loved how clean my room was. The staff was absolutely fantastic

I loved everything

Check-in was very easy and smooth. The staff was very nice and accommodating of me and my dog. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and was good.

There was hair on a washcloth and on a towel and on the shower curtain. The toilet seat has some burnt areas.
