The room was large, clean and comfy. Location was off the main busy road. Loved the outside area with tables and chairs, fire pit also . Dining area, great breakfast nice lounging area, staff was totally awesome, great maintenance for cleanliness everywhere, easy parking, loved the indoor pool.

As in most hotels now a days the lighting in the bathrooms over the mirror always sucks. Lol . Go back to the old light bulbs I have to see what I'm doing at age 77 and this pretty face Lol. Also a light on the ceiling but no complaints.

Everything was absolutely amazing! The manager on duty was extremely nice. He compensated me with a free breakfast just because I waited to check in, due to him training a new employee. Everything was perfect except for the toilet set low. That was very minor and not a problem, but I'm a little tall... that's my only complaint and not really a complaint.. I will definitely be back! The breakfast staff was also amazing 👏🏾 🤩

The breakfast was very good. Fresh eggs, fruit and bakeries.

I asked the floor staff for towels. When we came back, no towels. The next day I went down and asked the desk manager for towels and that the garbage needed emptying. Came back that evening, again no towels and the trash was still full. Being frustrated, I went down to the desk manager and asked for towels and trash bags so I could empty the trash myself! This is not acceptable. Not sure if I would return to this hotel.

This property was really clean and everyone was really nice! I wiped down the room with wipes and they came up clean! The breakfast was delicious and plenty to choose from! The staff were incredible and very helpful! The beds were comfortable and cozy! I definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Memphis Southaven MS area!

There is nothing I can think of that I didn’t like about the property.

We really enjoyed the swimming pool. Maybe a few more chairs in the swimming area. The towels could be checked a little more often. I found breakfast to be a good selection and the server was great and very helpful.

An exhaust fan in the bathroom would be helpful. I had trouble keeping the shower curtain from sticking to me - I think that a magnet in the middle of the shower curtain could help with that. I did not have any other suggestions.

Everything was immaculate. Smelled as if I had walked into a bath and body works as soon as I walked through the door. The place was so clean you could have probably ate off the floors.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. Very friendly all around.

The window shade in our room was held together by wire. Should have just been replaced. Also the door extra security lock had been broken off, this was reported to front desk. He offered to replace it but we declined as we didn’t want to be disturbed.

Friendly serve and great location.

Minor maintenance. Mini Fridge only froze everything. Didn’t matter how you set the temp. Toilet sit was wrong side for handicap toilet, very uncomfortable. Handicap shower handle rails was very loose. Scared to use them thought they was going to come off

It was super clean, front desk was very nice and helpful, the room spacious and clean,bed comfortable I would recommend this hotel entirely. It's a 10/10 for me..everyone was nice.. we enjoyed the stay

They was renovating the roof they started at 6:00am it woke us up for the morning which we was gonna sleep in whew that was the only thing..

Absolutely everything! The aroma throughout the entire hotel was amazing! The staff was beyond friendly and helpful! My kids loved the pool! Our room was spotless and so comfortable! Seriously loved everything about our stay! Can’t wait to come back!
