It was neat and clean and quiet

The microwave was not plugged in to be used. So we had to move it to a socket in order for us to warm up our food. And the TV shuts off at a certain time while we were watching it. And it should have at least one bright light in the room to see especially if you do not want to open the window shades. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Highly recommend it to others.

The breakfast was truly the best part of each day and the regular staff lady was an angel. What a dear. Thank you and we her goodbye. The room size was good And any issues I had were addressed. I do not need my bed sheets changed but dump the trash ifI have a request address it and if you take towels replace them.

My room hadn't been checked. It was clean. It was missing a plate cover for a 4 way outlet under the TV. I had no tv for 3 days ,storms ND I was missing a remote. Didnt know. I requested 4 towels 2 for me two for sister. I had 1 it took3 days, but it was handled. Please fix the constantly running ice maker in the hall.

Bed was comfortable and the area around the bed was clean.

Tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I would only use the shower if I was standing on washcloths. After paying for 5 nights, I had to leave about 1230 AM on June 7th. I was still charges an early check out fee of $80.

The property was so clean and smelled good. The staff was incredible, super friendly. The young lady that was in training was so sweet and the woman that was doing the training was so patient and understanding. I wish I would have gotten their names.

The only thing was the lagging of the elevator. Other than that, my stay was awesome!

The only issue we had was the air conditioner. It was cooling prior to going to bed but during the night the fan only ran and not the compressor so it got hot. The next morning it came back on so i don't know if its set on some sort of timer.

Air conditioner not working correctly. Maybe provide a in room fan as backup.

The customer Service both night and day were amazing...

On the site, it shows they have a pool, but they do not, and that was some the reason we stayed there.. The price it was, was not worth the money, false advertising. Could have had a more up to date bathroom.

I felt it coulda been more than the eggs and sausage but it was cool.

The cable was boring not that many channels and it was buffering. But everything else was ok. And breakfast had only eggs and sausage coulda been more food. But that don’t mean I want come back I enjoyed the stay.

I didn't have breakfast the first two mornings because I just wasn't hungry. Sunday morning I had waffles and they were superb 😋. Everything was fresh, clean, and well organized.

Cody was absolutely the BEST!!! This was probably the most pleasant and overall satisfying stay I've ever had. When I return next year, I plan to stay there again. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It was a great experience 😁

Twice I went to the front desk (6:10 am) to inform them about a situation in my room that Needed attention. The first I waited five minutes, the second time I waited about six minutes. This was all done in a matter of fifteen minutes, with no response. When I checked out I informed the manager.

It met and exceeded my expectations. It was staffed with friendly helpful staff. The cleaning staff were friendly and professional. It was amazing throughout my stay.
