The hotel was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. The location was good. It was great for a one not stop on our way south.

The lady working the check in desk was not helpful in any way. She didn't speak at all. There was a kid screaming in the lobby and a guy with his elbows on the counter. We all stood there. I finally asked if I could check in after standing there for several minutes. She said yes. So she starts the process and I hand her my ID. She takes it without a word. The guy standing there says, well, I wish I had asked to check in. The clerk says, oh, I thought you were both with him. Dude's kid had obviously been screaming for some time, and we all walked in at separate times. Weird. She didn't apologize for making either of us wait. Handed me my keys and I even had to ask where the room was located. She offered no information unless prompted. Maybe she was having a bad night

We loved having breakfast and we enjoyed the location. The price was reasonable. The air conditioner kept the room really cool on the days that was extremely hot. I really liked being on the bottom floor.

The beds trapped the heat so I got extremely hot and then cold. The beds were kind of small so sharing with someone was horrible. The bathroom was very very small. The breakfast was good but it was the same the whole time we stayed.

We needed a place to spend the night because our driveway was impassable. From the moment I walked in the door, I knew this was the right choice. It's definitely on the older side but it was clean, clean, clean! For a humble little 2 star hotel, this little jewel went above and beyond for its visitors. It boasted four, plump pillows on the bed with a pristine comforter, blanket and sheets. Plentiful towels. It provided what was definitely a steps above what's expected in the lotions, soaps and shampoo. It had a refrigerator, coffee pot, and microwave tucked in a lovely cabinet. The front desk staff, on both night and day shifts, were AMAZING in every way as well as being very understanding of my little dog, Katie. I was overall very pleased. If my driveway becomes impassable again or I'm having a friend in town, I'll use this little hotel that could!

Nothing except for other guests who might not like it: the carpet at the door to room had a section missing, probably from a dog. I have a dog so it wasn't a big deal to me.

Very good breakfast. Good variety!

Tv would not work. Front desk came down and found it had been unplugged. Plug would not reach outlet. He had to get a surger to plug into. Remote wouldn’t work . He got us fixed up.

I liked the location, people working at the hotel are friendly.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable. Needs a new mattress. The room was fairly small but kozy enough for two and no hair dryer was available.

Room did not have a regular chair. Only a desk chair which was not suitable for our stqy. Room was smaller than usual motel rooms stayed at in the past.

This Sleep Inn is conveniently located to medical center and surgery center which was my purpose for the trip. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

Pulling a trailer, and had to park on neighbor's property. Was also told the road went around the building, but it did not. As a result, I had to back up with the trailer.

My electricity was not working when I went into my room. The air was working but not the lights. I called the desk attendant and she immediately came up to my room to check it out. Puzzled, she said she would call her manager and see what the problem could be. Shortly afterwards, the lights came on! She came back to check on it. She was extremely busy but did not hesitate to come check on this. I appreciate her efforts and kindness! The breakfast was also very good and hot.
