The room was larger than expected and the bed was extremely comfortable. I love a great air conditioner and i was so impressed in this room. The shower was therapeutic with pressured hot water from a great shower head. Staff was very nice and polite. I will book again when we come back to stay in the city.

If I had to complain.... the elevator floor needs to be repaired. I believe it's normal wear and tear from its usage since it's only one ( indoor pool is very close to elevator which maybe tracks water frequently).

Breakfast was great. The location was easy to found coming right off the exit. And the staff was wonderful. I couldn't reach my while they were at the pool and I was in the room. I can't get around much after fracture my pelvic. So one of the staff members went to the pool area to let him know to call. And the staff member knew who I was because I had left my license at the desk during check in. I enjoyed my stay at Best Western.

Easy to get to from Interstate 75. I reserved the handicap room and was very thankful for the handicap toilet. But the tub needs to go. I barely got into the tub even with holding on to the bars there getting in and out of the tub.

The handicap room had no walk-in shower. I nearly fell trying to get in and out the tub because my right leg is very limited to lifting it up.

Quiet location, clean, decent breakfast for the kids. Nice sized pool, comfortable beds

Lots of weed smoke on the hall. 80 degrees in the hall way which made the room too hot. It was well over 90 degrees outside as is. Bed linens were not comfortable, a stiff top sheet and a duvet

Breakfast was great! The location was amazing and away from the busy highway. The lady that checked me in was so nice and friendly. It was very quiet and I cannot wait to go back.

there need to be trays under your ice buckets in the rooms. the side doors did not work.

The staff was very friendly and breakfast was super good. The kids loved the pool. The bed's were super comfy we all slept very good.

It was clean but the room had a little oder like it needed to be a little better deep cleaned but other than that everything was great.

The pool was tiny and outside. The breakfast didn't really accommodate me as a vegan.

The location was great. Out of the way a little, so we didn't have to deal with heavy traffic noises. Very clean, and great breakfast!

I was disappointed the pool did not open until 10am. We had to leave to visit the zoo at 10, and so I didn't get to use the pool.

Booking.com said "pay at property" and they charged my card that morning. They said if I didn't pay by noon, my room would be canceled.
