we had just had a very disappointing experience at another local hotel and my 18 year-old daughter was not looking forward to staying at yet another local hotel. However the staff were amazing and incredibly friendly and helpful. The locality was so good (very close to shops in fact JCPenney is across the driveway and restaurants and other shopping is minutes away) that my daughter actually asked to stay on a couple more nights so that we could continue to shop locally now we had a rental car. The shuttle the hotel took us over to get our rental car without fuss. The indoor pool and spa was nice and clean. The fitness centre was well set up also

The only downside to this hotel and we noticed it is in all others we have stayed in is the negativity that is mentioned when we’ve gone through a third-party booking site such as booking.com. I don’t think some of these hotels realise that that’s the best way of us doing it internationally

It was in a good location. Close to a lot of the shopping malls, restaurants and the Landers Center for the Venue we where visiting.

There was a large black hair in the med when we unmade the bed. I’m a ginger and my wife’s blonde. It was 2 am when we got back from our venue and noticed it so we just hoped it was from the cleaning personnel. 3rd floor also had a foul odor. I believe it may of been from the dog that was barking in a close by room. Pillows also are not the best, left me with a sore neck. Also it would be nice if the TVs allowed you to sign into your streaming services.

The hospitality was amazing, breakfast was awesome, the bar was amazing although it was not opened on Sunday. Everyone was great but my favorite part was the fire pit.

I don’t have any dislikes, but if I had to say something I guess it would be they didn’t come to refresh the room daily but that wasn’t a huge problem to me.

Location, near airport. The facility was clean and the staff were very helpful. We needed transportation sooner than the shuttle offered and they gave us 2 recommendations. We chose one and were very happy with are driver and the service he provided.

Customer service was great. I had to take a flight very early and I believe her name was Ayana. She went above and beyond to try and help me set something up and feel at ease.

Walking distance to many good restaurants. Fitness facility was good. Room was very nice. Fridge & microwave.

Hotel was a little difficult to find. Breakfast was very confusing. It was to be complementary but when I entered the restaurant area, a waitress asked if I wanted a hot breakfast. I did but was then given a menu with steep prices. I opted to go with just the continental breakfast. I was then given a bill for $8. Turns out the voucher I was given under my door was good for the continental breakfast. But all this was somewhat confusing. Then, while I was retrieving a bagel I was toasting, the waitress thought I had left and had taken away the other items I had on my table. I just wish she had been more helpful. Seemed like she assumed everyone knew how breakfast worked.

From check in to check out the staff was super nice and always had a smile…check in was easy room was 5/5 ⭐️. Location was within short distance to event center and restaurants. Overall 10/10 ⭐️ experience

Room was spacious and clean. Staff were polite very welcoming and eager to help. I would suggest this hotel for business traveler's. It's set up physically and financially for business not much for vacationers. The complimentary breakfast should be a hot meal not just cold fruit, bagels or toast. I expected a meal like the Comfort Suites down the road have. I like that there is a small restaurant of sorts within the hotel. They served really good food. If it weren't for the high price per night I would give it a 10 but the cost of a room ($240) doesn't get you much but a bed to sleep in otherwise nice & quiet & centrally located

Hot Breakfast wasn't included only cold food, like cereal, fruit bagel etc. The hot tub was not working nor could I get help with it as to why..

Everything Your Check in Clerks were Exceptional!!!! Especially the clerk that checked Me In, SHE WAS AMAZING!!!

Customer Service is Key and Your Bar Tenders that work the bar( one had braids and the other one had on a wet and wavy wig) are not it!!! Their Customer Service to me was a 2 on a scale from 1-10.

The location is amazing! super close to (a lot) shopping, restaurants and attractions. The staff is very friendly and the food in the restaurant is excellent!

The doors to the pool area were messed up and weren’t fixed for our entire stay. Also, the hot tub needed to be cleaned out.
