Very clean - the complimentary breakfast was varied and well received. The staff were excellent - very helpful and the rooms were kept in immaculate condition during our stay. Having the gym on site was very handy for me.

Pool had fluff in it that never seemed to get cleaned out. The TV could not be easily used to find the channels listed so some sort of written guide how to use it would have been handy. Some of the hot points / USB ports did not work. The fan in the extractor fan made a terrible squeaking sound and the air conditioning unit was very noisy at times.

Accessible to everywhere we needed to go; quiet location; good breakfast

About 5 young boys came to the pool (which was small & indoors) horse playing, running, jumping, diving, etc which went against the posted rules and they were not chaperoned. It was so horrible that my girls and I could no longer enjoy.

The hotel and our room were clean, comfortable, and, most importantly, cool, on a hot, steamy, stormy, murky day and night. The location was great, close to our medical appointment and to plenty of shopping and dining. We were tired and rained-on, so we stayed in and had dinner and some snacks delivered, and were very happy that the Door-Dashers were able to come leave our orders at our room door, instead of us having to meet them in the lobby.

There was a fair bit of noise through the walls. There was a family with toddlers and an infant on one side, and they made normal toddler and baby rackets, but they quieted down by 9pm or so. Through the other wall, and unfortunately the wall that our beds were against, there was an extraordinarily loud snorer. I mean, he was prodigious. But it was more funny than anything, and we just streamed some white noise to block it.

Everything was clean. Breakfast was good 😀

Limited parking. Limited staff after 5. Waited over 15 mins for the clerk to come down and check me in due to working on other rooms with problems. She was great however I wasn’t pleased with the wait. Others had accumulated waiting as well. Should have had another working with her

The breakfast was AMAZING! They had a perfect selection from pancakes, to biscuits and gravy, to cinnamon rolls. They even had our creamer for coffee!

The bathroom was clean, however there was some mold on the ceiling from the humidity that stays in the bathroom. Nothing I was extremely concerned with as we were only there for 1 night.

My son and I really were pleased with the customer service there. The breakfast was excellent and and the bed was incredibly comfortable especially the pillows. We enjoyed the fact that the room had a safe.And I also liked that I was able to use the laundry facilities to dry.Our bathing suits. The heated salt water pool was my son's favorite thing. We would definitely stay here again if we ever returned to memphis

the hotel had 4 floors and we were on the 3rd floor AND THE FLOORS SQUEAKED EVERYTIME YOU WALKED ON THEM :-( SO EVERYTIME we tried to sleep or relax all we heard was SQUEAKING, SQUEAKING so I kept wondering for the room under us

Location is great. Less than a mile from all restaurants and stores. The beds are sooo comfortable.

My room was on the second floor and I could hear water when other people took baths. I could hear when they got out the tub. I could hear everything they did in the bathroom.

Cleanliness and amount of space

Upon check-in staff enrolled me into a rewards program without asking if I wanted it. She kept asking each person checking in for their email address. I didn't find our why until I was upstairs in my room.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location. Plenty of food and shopping near by (need to drive though). Breakfast was excellent - lots of protein and great coffee. Free parking.

Need a freezer section in the room fridge. Somewhat close to the airport (but most HI Expresses are). Not much to complain about.
