I always look at the shampoo, conditioner, soaps, & lotions to gage how hotels spend money on their guests. I don't like or use cheap soaps & lotions. That's part of the experience for me. All the soaps etc were higher end & smelled great! Everything was clean & comfy. I liked the thicker comforter between the sheet & cover. I was able to stay comfortable. Breakfast was also very good with a variety.

Nothing in particular that I didn't like.

The staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast had several options and was good, included in the price of the room. Overall, the hotel was a good value.

The facility and the bedding were not exceptional, better described as good. The fitted sheets didn't fit the bed and the corners rolled up. The baseboard in the bathroom was damaged. The lamp beside the bed was missing a lightbulb.

The location is excellent with proximity to a beautiful high-brick-wall-enclosed dog park and restaurants with patios. Uncle Goyo's was a delightful Mexican restaurant one block from the hotel. I stayed there 10 July with my little dog and was enchanted.

Two weeks later I was there with my husband and little dog and the neighborhood Germantown was having a water issue. We could only used bottled water to brush our teeth. We could flush the toilet, but no other water use was safe due to a pollution from diesel oil at the water treatment plant. The hotel responded as well as possible, but we would not have booked the room if we had known.

The rooms were fine, slept well but at check in there were no handicap rooms with a bar for my mother to lift herself up. 2hip surgery in last year. On the 11th electric went out at 10 pm and did not come back on till 6ish for an hour and then out again. I did not want to use my company c c but that is what was on file and with no electricity we could not change card so I had to put mine and my sisters room on my card, my husband’s business card. Other than that satisfied with stay, but my room did not get serviced. The first day our sign was out , the next two nights it was nit in door . Staff was very friendly and helpful tge evening guy helped us put the handicap bar on the toilet that we went to purchase for our stay.

Handicap room electricity!

The room was on the first floor, clean and modern-looking, everything worked fine. The location was very convenient. The common areas of the hotel were well kept up.

The breakfast was just OK - we were not able to locate any butter. Also when we went to check out, there were no luggage carts to be found. My wife informed the staff; I located a cart on the third floor in the meantime. I understand that guests don't always return those where they belong and I was fine with that, but my wife was miffed.

The breakfast was wonderful! Great variety, and it was fresh and delicious.

Truly, it was the best experience my family has had in a hotel.

The breakfast was enjoyable. The workers were all nice and greeted me. The dining area was clean as well, which was good to see. The checkout process was also very easy compared to other hotels. I would definitely stay at a Hampton hotel again.

The room size wasn’t as big as I hoped. While it did accommodate my partner and I, I felt as if the size of the room didn’t reflect the value that it was going for. This wasn’t the biggest issue in the world to me though.

Location was good. The property was up to date so that was good. Breakfest was good and full of food. Parking was close to the building. Staff was friendly.

Only negative would be check in time. Normally it would be 2pm but at this hotel it was 4pm. This late check in time did not work for us which made us change our plans. Had a problem closing the drapes, we were on the ground floor and a lot of light came through the window but the drapes were not closing well. Our room was close to the pool and during our stay their was a lot of kids playing in the pool so made the stay loud. I would not get the same room again, if the suites are only on the bottom floor I would not rent a room here again.

The beds were very comfortable. The staff was exceptional, especially Krystal. Everyone displayed great customer service...they spoke, smiled and was eager to help. I liked the infused water available off the lobby area as well as the chocolate chip cookies offered.

The room initially, smelled of cigarette smoke but got better throughout the stay.

The hotel was beautiful and clean, the staff were super helpful and really relaxed and just wanted us to enjoy our stay. Absolutely beautiful hotel, we will definitely be coming back
