It’s beautiful and feels so homey.

The employees at check in are not always available. Someone should always be up front to help the customers out. it’s the same at the information table and when your checking in your car at the valet or coming back. Also, there is mildew starting in the shower and the bathroom did not look like it was vacuumed. the muck is piling up agains the back floor walls as well. The comforters on the bed look like they need to be replaced because they looked really bumpy. The feathers are going to one side of the squares. Over looking all of that, I did have a wonderful stay. Everyone was very pleasant, especially the girls at the check in, which is truly appreciated.

Everything, the nightly music and movie, awesome! The restaurant was fabulous! Just a beautiful resort and not overly priced!

The omelette and waffles were amazing. We loved the guitar shape in the waffle and special maple syrup. There was a wide choice of food to pick from. Our meals at the EPs was fantastic and the Presley burger was the best. Loved the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and the live music. The iced water was a nice touch and set us up for each day.

We took the breakfast on our first morning but service was slow and we had to wait a long time for omelette and waffles. There was just one poor person trying to do everything. Service at the table was poor. We had to keep asking for anything and everything! We asked for several items to be refilled eg yoghurt and this just didn’t happen so we gave up! Luckily we were not in a rush that day but we chose not to eat breakfast at the hotel for our last two days as a result.

We had a great time at the Guest House at Graceland! Everything was clean and comfortable. EP Grill had delicious food and drinks. It does seem like they removed some of the fire pits; we were unable to use one this year. Last year they had more and we had a great time sitting out there and having drinks while making new friends. We loved the movies in the theater and the entertainment in the lobby afterwards. All in all it was a fun trip. My only suggestions would be to increase the fire pits and have more information available to guests about the trip to Tupelo that Guest House sponsors. Staff have very limited knowledge of the trip and I would love to book for next year.

We loved the location! So close to Graceland. Everything was just perfect for Elvis fans. The staff were really polite and so helpful. Loved the Elvis songs being played at just the right volume, the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches were a bonus. EP's Diner was good value for money with big sized portions and very tasty. The theatre showing a different Elvis film each night was great too. The outside area, swimming area and lobby were relaxing. Free Iced water in the lobby was welcoming and much needed especially on warm days.

There was nowhere to buy coffee after 6 pm.

Best Hotel on our trip, we really wanted to hate this place (see below) but couldn't. It was superb. Hotel, rooms, food, entertainment all excellent. Great location for Graceland, great band on the night, free PBJ sarnies and an Elvis movie! Whatever you do make sure you stay here at least once! Easy Parking, transport to Graceland although it was so close we just walked back, took 5 mins. The 2 lads playing and singing on the night were really good and the bar only had one bar tender but never took too long to get served.

Had to cancel our room due to the fire at Heathrow and we missed the cancellation deadline so had to pay again to rebook, and whilst other hotels were sympathetic this one wasn't. The location just worked for us so begrudgingly rebooked...so glad we did though.

Breakfast was brilliant such a great choice. Very busy but the wait was not as long as expected. The room we had was so comfortable as usual so for our next stay we would like the same room. Pool was great for a relaxing time after a busy day. Food in the EP bar and grill was lovely and went down well with a blue Hawaiian cocktail. What a great time we had. The staff have come to know us as we are regulars. Always sad to leave but we will be back in January already booked.

Not being able to get the airport shuttle to pick us up on arrival as the phones in the airport had been removed so we had to pay for a taxi.

The hotel was gorgeous and had a great, safe atmosphere. We loved the gated parking (in a not so safe part of town). The staff was fabulous. The hotel itself was beautiful and very clean.

We stayed on a Monday night, so when we went downstairs to get a drink at the lounge, we were very surprised to see tons of kids running around with all the adults drinking. It took us almost 15 minutes to even order our drinks. We took our drinks outside to the courtyard to escape the crowd, but there were 15 kids of various ages running and playing all over the courtyard. There were only 2 adults outside with them, and they were drinking with their backs turned.

The hotel boasts a friendly welcome by staff and lovely facilites. It has multiple food and beverage outlets in the lobby. Live music and entertainment every night. They also have movies and a PB&J complimentary snack later in the evening. The room was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. They offer a free shuttle every 1/2 hour from the hotel to the Graceland mansion. On the South Tower side, there’s a replica staircase of the one in Graceland. Great photo op!

The road getting there needs serious repair. I envisioned that being Graceland, the surrounding area would be nice but it wasn’t. With that being said, it’s not the hotel’s fault. The city should upkeep that.

A large room and bathroom. Elvis music sorted by decade and films on the tv. Also, the option to log on to netflix. Super-sized chair. Our room was very dark at night and very quiet - a very good night's sleep. Live music. Good food choices. Elvis films nightly in the cinema room, followed by complimentary pb+j sandwiches with chocolate milk. This is a fun place, whether you are an Elvis fan or not. Free shuttle to Graceland complex - although it might be faster to walk as it's so close! The Guesthouse at Graceland is next door to Graceland (we didn't realise when we booked). You can visit The Chapel in the Woods by following a path at the side of the hotel. This hotel was a lovely surprise!

The room cleaning team were a bit over eager. We exchanged room cleaning for a free drink but staff still came in at 3.30pm when we were resting. Room staff also knocked to come in at 8.30am on check-out day.
