The beds are very comfortable. The king size room has everything you would need. The staff is very friendly. I loved the provided Dove toiletries and that the coffee machine is available at all hours in the lobby.

I did notice occasionally small brown bugs. The lobby furniture shows signs of being worn.

Room was very clean and the staff was nice and accommodating.

Hallway & elevator smelled like dog urine & the location was not favorable. I know there’s a lot of crime in Memphis but I wasn’t expecting to be on a prostitution strip nor witnessing people walking down that street with guns in broad daylight. Also breakfast hours are 6-10 but I came down on Saturday around 8 AM and there were very few things out to choose from. Also a beef & pork free meat option would be nice as well. The pancake cooker was out of order and after 1 cup of cranberry juice it ran out. It would’ve been nice to have those things replenished during the busier hours to accommodate the larger crowds.

King suite was amazing, plenty of room for family. Front desk staff were very friendly, everyday and greeted us with smiles! Hot breakfast buffet was very good, nice variety! Location was excellent! The only recommendation I have, since you accept animals, as we were walking our dogs outside, there was a man spraying fertilizer or pesticides around the property. I’m glad I saw him doing it, otherwise my dogs probably would’ve been sniffing the grass. Being a hotel that accepts dogs, I would hope it would be animal safe from chemicals around the property or at least tell people so when walking them outside they don’t get sick or poisoned from whatever he was spraying. Just be more conscious of our fur babies. But otherwise, no issues and great place and convenient to interstate. 😊

I really really loved the older lady who hosted breakfast, she was always efficient, friendly and accommodating to each guest. The staff seemed friendly until I left to go to the store and they started to harass my children about changing rooms. When I returned the young lady at front desk said she would ask her manager about refunding some of my money since it was their mistake, only to walk upon a lady in her late twenties too early forties speaking ill as if it were my fault the attendant overlooked the booking that was booked 2 wks prior. She never smiled and Kept a stone face while everyone else was all friendly and bubbly. She will be the downfall of this establishment and I’ve yet to hear anything about a partial refund.

The lady looking like Wednesday from the Adam’s family expect she’s not young she’s up in age. Her aside and demeanor like I didn’t spend my money for what I wanted.

Very friendly kitchen staff. Rooms were cleaned almost on a daily basis. There was a continental breakfast. And they do allow pets to stay as well. Microwave, fridge, and coffee maker with supplied coffee were all used on this stay.

The location of the hotel could have been better. There was not much close by to go eat at that was good. A few exits down to Germantown where there is a mall had very good restaurants. So if you are willing to drive a bit for lunch or dinner you should be set.

Great place to stay!! My son and I got in after midnight the gentleman that checked us in was very friendly. He asked if we had eaten which we hadn't so he brought out some apples and bananas for us. We stayed in a room with 2 queen sized bed which were very comfy The room was new looking and very clean. It was totally stocked with all the amenities that were listed on the web site. The breakfast bar was very good as well!! The attendant was so friendly and helpful. She saw that I couldn't get around very well and so she prayed for me. The provided breakfast consisted of cold cereal and oatmeal; pancakes that you can watch being baked; scrambled eggs; biscuits and sausage gravy; sausage patties; apples and bananas; and coffee. I highly recommend staying here. We went to Graceland which is only about 24 minutes away.

The room could have been a bit wider. I had a little bit of a problem manveuring my scooter around it.

The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and I loved the room, I liked how they had updated amenities there with the usb chargers connected with the wall and light fixtures. Also, their alarm clock had a built-in Bluetooth feature that I loved cause I forgot to bring both my plug-in adapter to charge with and my mini Bluetooth speaker I normally take when on trips. They were out of pancakes when I woke up for the complimentary free breakfast, but the eggs, biscuits, and sausage were good!

Only small slight issue was that I did not know I had to pay an 100.00 deposit fee for using my debit card. I wasn't prepared to pay that up front, but I was promised to get that back within 3-5 business days, so as long as I get my deposit back, the whole stay would be a great experience.

Location was close to the highway.

Parking lot was a little tight, and the neighborhood was a little sketchy.

We were greeted by a wonderful front desk team member, and she was kind enough to let us check in a little early. She then noticed that we were two separate families traveling together and tried to find a room with a connecter door so the kids could move between rooms. Talk about exceptional customer service and paying attention to detail. The staff were always there to help and greet us as we came and went. I was most pleased with all of the service and attention to detail that was part of our experience.

The water took forever to heat when I wanted to shower. I don't like cold showers, and it took what felt like 10-15 minutes for it to heat up to the temperature I wanted. 20-30 minutes for it to actually get to boiling.
