It was fairly decent in location to other locations. The Staff were pretty responsive and warm in demeanor. Easy to approach and showed great customer service. The location was within reach of varying places for ease of commute time.

There were about three smaller roaches actively moving in the bathroom facility. The apartment had a strong smell of mildew or other scent. The hallway has really low lit lighting. The studio room facilities could have some improvement with the clothes hanging closet, the kitchen stove, the shower facility, and such. The nightstand drawer wasn't used as the drawers did not seem durable. The wall outlet on the left side of the bedroom on entering the studio by the first nightstand needed some strengthening for easier use.

I liked how spacious the rooms were and that they had elevators. I also liked all the amenities that came with the room, I.e. fridge, stove, closet space, cupboards. I also really enjoyed the staff, they were extremely helpful.

I didn’t enjoy the smell or the outside environment. There were a few bugs, even though some of them were dead, there were some that weren’t. Also the bed although they were soft due to them being on a steel bed frame you tend to just hit the bars.

Everyone is respectful and courageous for the most part.

Only allowed to use front door entrance for coming and going. Not permitted to use any of the other exit doors period. Parking was a extremely difficult task especially with kids having to walk from back of Building to the front entrance of all times of the day/night. Then the room was 3 rd floor and all the way furthest from entrance.

The reason I picked because it was in my price range so it help our birthday bash much better and we got to celebrate our birthdays without stress

I did like it because my first reservation was charge even though I changed the date and gave a reason why so I wouldn’t be charged without me being there so had to booked it again because it didn’t give me confirmation on the dates change

I was hesitant at first because of the mixed reviews I had seen of the room smelling, the location and bed bugs but I decided to take the chance since I needed a room that was cheap but decent so I settled for this one. It actually exceeded my expectations for what I was anticipating. The room was cleaned and the sheets smelled clean and was very comfortable. The room was a good size, no issues with any foul smells or bugs or anything. It was actually a nice room. They provided plenty of hand towels and shower towels. The location probably wasn't the BEST, but we didn't have any issues. No noisy people outside or staying at the motel.

The only con would probably be that the elevator wasn't working and we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. But we didn't mind too much. But that would be the only thing we probably would have changed.

The location is excellent close to many shops and supermarkets, excellent air conditioning, clean beds and clean bathroom, it had a kitchen and a refrigerator.

To improve: The smell of cigarettes in the rooms, cleaning the carpets and placing some pans or kitchen utensils.

the property itself like the parking lot and things are not very becoming but once you get past that it is smooth sailing and affordable and clean

the property has a trash issue they need more trash cans for patrons to put trash in there on the outside because even i had some trash from my car that i needed to dispose of and could not locate a trash bin and that just leads to people placing trash bags outside on grass or just in the parking lot. Also there were people who are not renting rooms there and if that bothers you then may not be the place for you but as a car dweller at the moment i understand and this is a safe parking lot for them to dwell so may see random people parking there. Also a couple of women of the night come lol just go to your room and you will never know. its fine.

The good about it was it was close to my companion home ant it gave us time at our convenience

The problem I had was booking twice even though I changed the dates so I wouldn’t be charged and I was marked a no show and which still charged me

Check in was cool dogs are welcome there but it was one dude maybe it was Tj it’s like bro why you gotta be mad at the world you pick this job. The other guy with the nail I love him he’s a whole vibe room was actually clean and cozy the shower was new

The fondness of the staff was just above and beyond! I am just over the top with how much they actually cared and treated me like their own family. I wouldn't stay anywhere else but here for all my travels. Thank you guys all 3 of you for everything and being so understanding.

What I didn't like..... well.... maybe I might be leaving and will miss everyone dearly.
