Breakfast was good, offering both hot and cold options. The self-serve Belgian waffle maker was great. Nice to have fresh fruit to pick up and take to the room for a snack later. Appreciated the kitchenette in the room, and it was very nice to have a laundry facility on site. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable and very clean.

I am a tea drinker, so would have appreciated really hot water (water was only warm) in the thermos, and more tea options. Black tea was only available 1 day out of 3. Also none of the TV channels in the room matched what was on the program card.

Marina provided exceptional service during breakfast; she was incredibly attentive and ensured we had a great experience. The breakfast itself was excellent—comprehensive, with a variety of hot food and fresh options. Servando also stood out for his professionalism, promptly assisting us with cleaning the room and offering timely help with the sofa bed when requested. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and overall, the staff's attention to detail and service was outstanding.

The sofa bed is outdated and VERY uncomfortable, as the springs are noticeably felt. I would strongly recommend replacing it with a newer model to enhance guest comfort. This was the only aspect of the experience that fell short.

The suite was so comfortable there was no foul smells like they're usually is and hotel rooms with carpets the bed and pillows were absolutely comfortable everything was so clean and the shampoos and all toiletries were excellent. Breakfast was great and the breakfast attendant kept everything filled and was very polite. Check in took about 2 and 1/2 minutes and the curtains were so good that when you close them they close all the way and they are black out thus you are able to sleep so comfortably. The location was just right and within 10 minutes of various things and places that we visited. If we could give it a rating of 100 we would this hotel should be considered a five-star hotel the price was a wonderful through booking.com

Nothing was needed to make our state better everything was absolutely Top Notch and exceeded our expectations

The breakfast had a great variety. The bed was so comfortable with luxurious feeling sheets. Loved the room.

The 2nd day, breakfast wasn't available. The company that brings it, didn't show up. Also there was a very long crack in the bathroom sink. There wasn't any luggage rack in the room. Also would have been nice if there had been a brochure with a list of restaurants, sues to see, basic information about the area.

Everything was clean, comfortable. Whenever I needed something, the staff had it available. There was hot water, the breakfast was delicious, hot, tasty and had a variety of options (not just bread and cereal but lots of other options), and the rooms were comfortable. I like that they had a kitchen with a full sized fridge, which is why we chose this place. The location was as expected and close to lots of restaurants (even within walking distance). I think the best thing was the breakfast because it was so delicious and filling.

The sofa bed wasn’t comfy at all so we all just slept on the beds. The beds were perfect though. Very firm and with lots of pillows.

The staff was so nice. The room was clean and cozy. We had a suite there were 6 of us. This was the first hotel where everyone slept comfortably and not on top of each other. The rooms were very spacious and having 2 restroom and showers was a life saver.

The only thing I think I would change is more variety of breakfast. However what they did have was delicious.

ENTRANCE NEEDS A LITTLE WORK, NOT VISIBLE ENOUGH. BREAKFAST WAS AVAILABLE, WE HAD NO TIME. LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR OUR NEEDS. NEED MORE SHADE/TREES ON PROPERTY, ALSO UPKEEP OF GROUNDS. OVERALL IT WAS A VERY DELIGHTFUL STAY.

The hotel was clean and they had a fresh good breakfast every morning.the staff was very nice . They had free on-site laundry room

The carpet in our room was a bit worn with rips and holes they could use a little renovation

the lady that cleans the lobby and dinning area was super rude. she got up on our face and yelled and screamed because she wanted my family to leave to lobby so she could mop! never ever in all of my life have I been asked to leave somewhere I have paid to stay.
