The bars, the pools, However needs more resort.

The restrooms remind me of the motels I used to smoke crack in.

I was very happy about the proximity to the beach and the ease of getting there.

When checking in I was told my card did not go through. I paid through booking.com before hand and was surprised to see this. I was told I would have to pay when I checked out. After taking a look at my booking confirmation, I went back to the front desk and got the situation squared away. Your employee should have done a better job of paying attention to the info in front of him. The second employee was able to see that the payment had been made already.

I liked the 3 pools that are in this building the one on the beach ⛱️ and the swimm up bar especially. I really appreciate the staff especially Juan he was so attentive. I like the room service tho it can use some improvement especially how the food is served plz stop using Styrofoam.

The middle pool was turning green and I had just arrived it needs to be maintained properly plz. I noticed it was cleaned right when I was checking out to go to another resort. I almost canceled my hole stay here because of the pool not being maintained and the way the food is served when ordering room service.

LOVED that it was so close to the beach. Also loved that it had a rooftop to hang out in!! A few different pools to choose from if you don’t want to make a trip to the beach. There was an ice and soda machine on every floor and a bar/grill by one of the pools. Nice clean rooms, but they did have carpet, I thought the pictures had showed tile flooring.

The only thing that I didn’t like is that tower B does not have air conditioning except in our room, which was on the second floor. In the summer heat, it makes the whole trip to the room hot and sweaty. I’m not sure about the other floors but the second floor was hot. The ac unit was gone and just the cover was left, a little ghetto. lol but our room was nice

I liked the entrance and layout (very welcoming and luxurious). I liked the pool, and I really appreciated the fact of the bar and covering for some shade. I am glad there was indoor and outdoor dining available. we used both . When I come back to South Padre, this is going to be my choice for lodging. Thank you for a wonderful stay. we actually extended an extra night. Professionally maintained facility worth every penny.

I didn't like how short the walkway was to reaching the sand. A bigger bathroom area would be nice with a sliding door for the sink area.

The kids suite was great, plenty of space for my family of 6. The pools were nice, and a very short walk to the beach.

The Seaside restaurant somehow missed our order, and realized after 45 minutes of waiting. We chose to leave and go somewhere off property instead of wait another 45 minutes with hungry kiddos. They were super nice though.

Perfect beautiful 3 pools one has a bar the other has a little stand by it to purchase food/drinks then the last one by the beach has a bar/grill food was FIREEE , loved it plus the pool is near by 3ft drink while kids play pool side Oh and the beach access is great and they have little hose to rinse off!

I tried to purchase from vending machine it didn’t work 2times, called up front they gave me my drinks down stairs. Easy fix just was a little inconvenience. Tv sound wouldn’t work , then their team fixed it. No ice in the ice machine , but all of these were small fixes the Hotel helped a lot trying to make things right! The umbrellas/chairs are through a different company on the beach take cash they only accept cash or Venmo!

Recent stay July 2023, This is our 2nd year staying here they have wristbands this year, was in Tower A. Micro & mini fridge in room comfy beds & pillows no carpet in our room water in shower is HOT. Room was very clean when checking-in Cold A/C rooms are cleaned every day. Roll away bed is available & free, staff are wonderful everyone very is helpful. Beach and pool access are super close to the hotel, pools are only 3 ft deep super warm water live band at bar by pool on Saturday’s, there’s a small game room with pool table around dining area bar in the foyer has good drinks. Overall really enjoyed our stay again, will probably come back again next year.

Bar at pool -drinks aren’t that great their just bland no flavor too much alcohol & mixers. Parking - you’ll share parking with the condo next door.

Nicely laid out and spacious resort. Pools were clean and pretty. The room was nice. Food options were good, but expensive.

Music around the pool was way too loud! The bartender on Saturday evening in the lounge area told my husband she was preparing for an event and didn’t have time for him. very rude. Everyone else was friendly and great.

Staff was very friendly, Check-in was fast. Room was ok. Pool was fantastic. Beach is walking distance from hotel.

The carpet had an old, wet smell. Restroom toilet needs to be updated.
