Everything was great until we wanted to extend our stay,however we were having issues with our cash app account as it was down so no. Access to load funds was unavailable. We were in touch with property management during a 3 hr time frame while we were working to pay for extension unfortunately it was unsuccessful. Management kept our $100?deposit at the end because we were late checking out due to cash app failure. The management after telling us no problem for this 1 time late checkout still kept our $100 deposit charging $25 for evrry hour late. I will not return to that property.

The room was a good value, and everything worked. The bed was comfortable. Things to do were in walking distance.

There was some noise and construction going on nearby early in the morning. The check-in process took longer than expected.

For the price you can't go wrong. It's clean and comfortable. Free breakfast.

Initially I was caught off guard with the $100 cash deposit. Fortunately I have the cash and I have never had any issues getting it back.

The room was very dirty cockroachs and spiders everywhere. The sheets were not changed from the previous guest and the pillow cases were dirty.

What I like the best was leaving this hotel.

Wifi & parking included, close to events, been coming for over 20 yrs., availability & toiletries. Staff has generally been congenial & efficient.

Waiting an hr to be given a room & then being charged $25.00 when we were 20 mins late checking out.

The rooms and cleanlyness and most the staff id recomend it to any one

I cant conplain about any thing but when i first pulled in i was like dam didt look to inviteing but i never judge a book by its cover and glad i didt the rooms where great inside and veary clean staff great except i booked the room agin and acidently on the wrong day and it was a costly mistake the lady charged me 25 dallers for a late fee for a mistake but other than than my 4 days here where great and comfertable beond my exspectations
