The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel made it easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Windsor.

Breakfast was ok but could have used a few more options. No place to sit outside as smokers took over outdoor patio.

All the staff, in particular those dealing with breakfast and at reception, were very friendly and helpful. The available bathroom facilities (including towels and soap) were good. A nice cooked breakfast (scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, baked beans) including different bread, fruit, pastries, pancakes, juice, water, and various hot drinks. The iron board, hangers in wardrobe and on the wall also extra pillows in the bedroom were also great to have use in the room.

The room was slightly smaller than anticipated, just one big chair and a small stool, different types of hot drinks like chocolate and herbal tea (not just tea and coffee). Only 1 bedside table. Bin near wardrobe, would have preferred it to be nearer to wall opposite. The people in the room next to us were very noisy and our inside door looked like it was a joining room to theirs.. Thankfully, it was locked.

Stayed here about 4-5 years ago for the first time when traveling with my child to LEGO Land Windsor. Was pleasantly surprised with value for money back then and had a perfect stay for a week. This year decided to choose Holiday Inn Experss for a week long trip to Windsor during Christmas/New Year's holidays. The place has never disappointed. Tidy, comfortable rooms, absolutely lovey staff (many thanks to the reception personnel for being very responsive to additional requests and help whenever required), great breakfasts. The place is perfectly located for local sightseeings and walks as well as perfectly connected to LEGO Land, Heathrow and for exploring the neighbourhood.

The hotel was very well located for Windsor, and the staff were excellent and very friendly/helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them.

The kitchen and dining room is currently being renovated, therefore there is no cooked breakfasts available - a shame as that is one of my perks of staying in a hotel. This meant a very basic breakfast (made of numerous items), which we had to collect from reception and bring to our room to eat. This was the only negative aspect of our stay. NB The renovation should be finished by March 2025.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful . Not one staff member wasn’t pleasant and especially on our arrival the lady on reception helped us to the castle etc which she didn’t have too . The breakfast was really nice and we wasn’t expecting anything due to the construction work and we received a full breakfast which was amazing . The location is perfect for the castle - not far to walk but also in great spot for watching the planes land into Heathrow . We will definitely return to this hotel and recommend to our family .

The hotel was located in a great area. Right next to the main center of town with shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were flexible with check in and check out and we were able to stay until 2pm for check out! That was much appreciated as our taxi was not coming until 2:30pm and it was a rainy cold day. Breakfast was good. Better than expected. The rooms were small, but it was fine for 1 night. They were able to hold some of our luggage as having 6 large suitcases in the room would be too difficult. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

The room was quite small, but I guess that is to be expected for England.

Great location for Windsor races. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Room was great, clean and with lovely lighting. Ironing board, iron and hair dryer neatly tucked in shelving behind the mirror. Breakfast was fab, a great selection including a pancake maker. The whole hotel was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Parking is a bit awkward, there aren't many spaces and its quite tight to park in but it was in a car park for the hotel so at least we managed to have our car right there with us.

- There was only one towel hook in the bathroom and a towel rail, but it wasn't enough. The hook was tiny and badly placed and we couldn't have a face cloth AND a couple of shower towels drying at the same time. -I would have liked better quality pillows -I would have liked for the air conditioning to be on in the night, as it got a bit chilly -The hair dryer lead is very small, and I had to stretch it when drying my head

Great location, really close to town. Quiet and a good breakfast

The rooms were clean and comfortable and we appreciated being given interconnecting rooms for our family. The hotel is in a very convenient location for Windsor and Legoland. The reception staff were friendly and professional.

The sofa bed was half made when we came into the room and some rubbish had been left behind. This was rectified when we complained to reception and they were apologetic. The breakfast wasn't the best as the lobby was being renovated. We were not told about this until after we had booked the rooms.
