The location is not the best

The room was better than nothing

No elevator only stairs and it was supper high up, pool was dirty, jacuzzi was dirty, there was no staff at the bar, the staff made up rules besides the ones they had for some specific reasons and over charged me

I like the guy at the restaurant help us he try me right

People were smoking weed in the hallway The pool wasn’t clean, the bed wasn’t comfortable and the towel were very old like broken.

No water pressure or hot water. No bathroom handle. Tv did not work. Bugs in one room.

There was no water in my room

Door receptionist, check in attendant and Carlos, the acting host made us feel welcome, and did their best trying to fix the problems. Good wifi in our room closest to the street, easy to use Uber from balcony.

Our kitchen sink didn't function, so it was dirty and attracted lots of ants. Very loud music thumps until 5am, and that's my wake up time, so not much sleep. Traffic in Santo Domingo is busy, constant horns and engine noise all times of the day, many people. They don't refund guests with who look to negotiate and leave a day early, instead of leaving a bad review.

Rooftop is cute that’s about it.

Little animal, roaches and bed in bad condition, bedroom too small, too much noise, everything bad,

Nothing! we had to leave and book another hotel last minute. Maybe just the girl at the reception was nice and she was genuinely sorry we were leaving.

The location was horrible, very noisy, with people playing very loud music everywhere. Also the car traffic was terrible in that street. It is far away from the nice areas and we felt unsafe there. We saw other guests and something didn't look right there (very young girls around....) The room was badly furnished, very cheap furniture and looked dirty. The bathroom did not make any sense, with the sink inside the shower. The other reviews for this hotel do not look genuine. I shouldn't have trusted them, in fact the price was very cheap, now I know why. We didn't even request a refund as we wanted to leave as soon as possible.
