nice hotel with parking place near main city square. I can reccomend for 1 or 2 nights. We had a little bit smaller room but it was enought for us.

Breakfast - when we came to breakfast (about 7:30 a.m.) there was no coffee, no butter, only cold eggs ... I had to ask for it and then the staff to brought it but in my opinion at this time is good to have it perfectly prepared. after us came there about 5 people who solved the same issue...

Nice and helpful staff. We could choose our bedroom. There was no hair-dryer in our room, they gave me one.

Single glazing in our bedroom overlooking the street so it wasn't well-soundproofed

Comfy bed, plenty of blankets, consistent hot shower

the breakfast was average. plain white bread NO butter or spreads, plain eggs +meat, if you wanted a half decent coffee you had to pay extra from the machine. pretty loud road noise, no heating

Location. I even managed to do some walking around at night even when I was told by family members not to do so. The fact that the doors closed at 11 pm and not open until 7 am, is such a nice safety feature I liked the most.

Probably...there was no room with balcony for couples. They only had for full families. Understandable since the hotel is in a location where it might be impossible to add more. I saw the other NAAS on the outskirts of Cuenca heading to El Cajas. I think will be checking that one too...soon.
